Making that out breath longer,
Slower.
Notice your body's connection to where you're sitting or lying.
Allow your breath to fall into a natural pattern.
And return your attention back to the ocean.
Just watching.
Take a breath in and as you do,
Notice the wave coming in.
And as you breathe out,
You notice the wave going out.
Breath in,
Wave in.
Breath out,
Wave out.
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out tension.
Breath in,
Wave in.
Breath out,
Wave out.
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out tension.
Any thoughts that come,
Just let them pass.
Imagine them floating out to sea.
Keep returning attention to the breath and its movement with the ocean.

Notice how your body's feeling.
Just check in with all the sensations.
Do you feel lighter,
Softer,
Heavier?
Are you still with the breath?
Are you still with the ocean?
Breathing in calm,
Breathing out tension.
Knowing any time you need to find a bit of calm,
Just take yourself back to the ocean.
To your breath.
But for now,
Just bring some movement to your fingers and toes.
Have a bit of a stretch.
Reconnect to the room.
And when you're ready,
Gently move into your day.
