Let's begin.
First of all,
Making sure that you've found a quiet space and place where you won't be interrupted for a little while.
Just a short while.
So feel where you are and your connection to the earth.
You might be standing up or sitting or lying.
And as you feel the flow of your breath in your body,
Your own breath in your own body,
At the same time feel how when you exhale your body releases downwards to the support of the earth.
Without forcing anything,
Just invite yourself to explore taking slower,
Deeper breaths.
Even if it's a little bit slower.
And feeling your connection to the earth where your body is resting on the earth.
As you draw in your breath,
Feel as if you're drawing it upward from the stable earth.
As you release your breath,
You're sending it back downwards through your roots to that support.
You're landing here,
You're arriving.
You're grounding.
Just find yourself in a landing space,
This space you're in now,
Your power spot on earth.
A place where literally you can receive charge and recharge.
And these are your thoughts and your feelings and your energy gathering back into you.
You're coming back home.
The outside doesn't need you right now.
It'll be fine.
I invite you to take a hand to your belly and a hand to your heart.
And feel your presence as you take long nourishing breaths.
You'll feel this connection to yourself viscerally because you can feel the touch of your hands on yourself.
And within you,
The touch of the ever constant flow of your own breath.
Bringing you renewal.
Supporting all your organs.
You may feel underneath your hand on your belly that as you inhale there's an expansion there.
An opening,
Spaciousness.
And your heart fills under your hand.
And with every exhale,
This release,
This relief.
Shedding some of the feelings of unnecessary stress and strain.
Feeling under your hands how your belly can drop and your heart can come home into your body,
Gathering in.
On your next inhalation I'm going to invite you into this affirmation,
This truth.
I have done enough.
For now,
I have done enough.
Which is true for taking some much needed rest and me time right now.
So with your inhale,
I have done enough.
And with your exhale,
Let go of the unnecessary.
Inhale,
I have done enough.
And spaciousness comes.
Exhale,
The relief of having time not doing,
But being with yourself.
Enjoy a few more cycles of breath like this because you have done enough.
And for now it's about you being re-nourished by this time.
And the simple yet profound action of feeling your long,
Delicious,
Nourishing breathing.
This is going to make a big difference to you.
For now,
You have done enough.
Well done.
I have done enough.
I have done enough.
With each exhalation,
Feel a shedding of any weight.
There may be a few layers here that need to release.
And you might feel how your muscles can soften and let go.
How the muscles of your face can melt and dissolve.
So you have a soft brow.
Soft cheekbones.
And a jaw and tongue which have completely let go.
You can feel around your shoulders and that I have done enough.
And an exhalation there allows a release.
They can drop back as if dropping a backpack from your shoulders to the floor.
And all the way down your body a rippling as your muscles let go.
Because they know as you do.
For now,
You have done enough.
Now I invite you to take your hands anywhere towards you that feels loving and warm.
It might be an embrace where you wrap your arms around you.
It might be stroking your face or just placing your hands anywhere,
Maybe at your centre,
That says I am here.
That is honouring,
That is treasuring your precious being.
The you that is you and all that you do.
And this simple joy and treasure of being alive as you and all you have.
And just offer yourself this final blessing.
This gratitude.
Bless myself and thank myself for all I do in the world.
And all the beautiful ways it comes back to me.
I bless myself for all the ways in which I receive support and love from all directions from which it flows.
And I am thankful for all that supports me,
Nurtures me and allows my being to flow with love.
And thank yourself for this time.
And remember as you go about your day now,
You can move more slowly.
Just a little bit more slowly as you walk or reach out for things with your hands.
As you lift things up and put them down.
And in all your movements.
You can slow down your speech a little.
And you can take breaks to listen and be silent.
Whenever a space arises where you can have some solitude that feels inviting.
You can move into that space even for a moment and say to yourself.
For now I have done enough.
I am coming home to me.
And now with a smile and one more breath.
Full breath in deep.
Full breath out.
You can take an intentional step back into the beauty of your life.
