A meditation for any time in your life when it all catches up with you -when you are feeling that tension between your felt need to take a break or lay down tools and replenish your energies, and anxiety about whether you've done enough, even though you're exhausted. Sometimes, it just takes a few precious moments with ourselves to slow everything down, land in our body again, and breathe with the permission - the inner permission –“For now, I have done enough” That's what we're going to do in this meditation. And when you come out again, of course, there will always be things to get done, but you may see your to-do list differently. It may be easier to take some things off it altogether, or to postpone some things, or maybe not to do things at such a frenetic pace. I hope so I wish that for you.
