Welcome to a loving kindness meditation to wrap you and all beings into an abundant flow of blessings - for your health, happiness and feeling your peaceful belonging on this beautiful earth and in your own precious journey. This is a practice that can be done morning, day or night, as you close your eyes and fall asleep in a blessing that enfolds the whole earth.

This is a daily blessing for ourselves and for all beings.

We come into the presence of this moment consciously arriving with intention.

Feel yourself now stepping in,

Stepping into the presence of a greater flow,

A source which is a constant source of blessings flowing abundantly into the earth and into our beings right now.

When we intentionally make this step and feel ourselves in this presence as we are now that is always here.

What we're doing is supercharging our intentions and these blessings and expanding them into life.

Creating waves of blessings upon blessings.

Energy begets energy.

Take a breath here,

A full breath in and a full breath out and say I am here now to open up to the rich flow of blessings into my body,

Into my day or night and you pass them on.

And know as you arrive here that you are welcome and safe in this peaceful space and your body is cherished and honored by the source that honors and cherishes all beings.

Creation loves that which it has created and as you sense your own presence,

Your breath in your body,

Your position in the space around you,

Sense that that breath and that space are not empty but charged with nourishing,

Healing,

Renewing energies.

Powerful energies of love and light that care for all that lives and grows on this earth from the great trees to the tiny flowers,

The animals,

The birds and you my friend and all of us.

Bringing vitality to the earth and potential and possibility.

With every breath in feed from that unlimited vitality.

Filling and with every breath out make an offering.

Joining the energies being in flow with them.

Placing a hand on your heart and let's give our blessing now.

At the same time as we receive it with each breath.

May I be well today.

May I be happy today.

May I meet myself wisely and with kindness today.

May I live in the light of my own being.

And now offering this to all living souls who are doing their best longing for peace and kindness.

Whatever blessings they need can come to them knowing that.

May all beings be well today.

May all beings be happy today.

May all beings meet themselves wisely and with kindness today.

May all beings live in the light of their own being.

Take a breath here and soften your whole body.

Feeling the blessings.

Receiving the blessings.

Softening your skin,

Your face.

Softening through your whole being.

Opening up to receive.

Everything that flows in also radiates from you just naturally.

Doing this for yourself and others.

We all live together.

We are all blessed together in this blessing that we know as life.

And maybe with a smile when you're ready coming back slowly into presence in your environment.

Carrying the feelings of these blessings that are plumping goodness and life into you.

And radiating from you into your next step,

Your morning,

Day or night.
