Alexander Moller

Alexander’s journey into meditation began as a means of dealing with overwhelming anxiety which had been holding him back his entire life. After adopting meditation as a daily practice, Alexander became amazed by the benefits. He then began studying mindfulness on a deeper scale with the eventual goal of teaching and enhancing the lives of others through meditation; a practice he believes cannot only change your life, but the entire world.

Wonderful gratitude practice to include in a morning routine! This would be a great longer meditation as your voice is very soothing and it takes time to get into the meditative state,let go. I loved the prompts
