So nice to have you here.
I really do appreciate you being here.
My name is Alex and let's get straight into it.
Muhammad Ali once said,
I am the greatest and I knew it before it was.
And that's such a fascinating quote by Muhammad Ali because he manifested his greatness and he knew it was going to be great even though he wasn't a world champion or anything like that.
He kept believing it and I think that we can all be the greatest in our fields or in life or in whatever we want to be the greatest at.
We can attract what we like if we just dedicate enough time each day to seeing ourselves being there.
So in this meditation,
It's not going to be a long meditation but we're going to really get deep into it and in a very powerful and productive way I'm going to help you see yourself being there and we're going to manifest what we like,
What we want,
What we need and if you do this exercise as often as possible you'll eventually attract what you want in life.
Because ultimately when you wish it,
When you will it,
When you believe it,
The universe conspires to make it happen for you.
So let's begin.
Find yourself seated comfortably.
Ensure that your back is in an upright position and let's begin by taking a few deep breaths in and out.
Deep breath in,
Breathe out.
Relax your body as you breathe out.
Again,
Let's take another deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Another deep breath in,
Slowly breathe out and hold.
Deep breath in and breathe out and relax a little further.
And now we're going to take the breaths to another level.
Take a deep breath in and hold and tense your muscles,
Every muscle that you can,
As much as you can,
As hard as you can.
Just tense your body,
Every muscle and now when you breathe out,
Relax your muscles.
Just relax your whole body as you breathe out.
We're going to do this two more times.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold,
Tense all your muscles in the body and breathe out and relax your whole body.
Let every muscle now relax as you gently exhale.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Hold,
Tense your body,
Every muscle that you can and breathe out.
Relax your muscles,
Relax your body and let your breath resume its natural rhythm.
Just notice your breath now.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath,
How your body moves when you breathe in and out.
Notice every sensation associated with the breath.
And as we go further into this meditation,
You'll notice that your thoughts will be rising and that's okay.
When you have thoughts arise,
Just notice the thoughts and gently go back to your breath and that can keep happening and that's okay.
It's all part of the practice.
And now relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your arms,
Relax your chest,
Relax your belly and your legs.
Your whole body is relaxed as you bring forth a new layer of peace and presence.
Now,
Notice how you feel and keep focusing on the breath.
And now bring to mind something that you would like to manifest into your life,
A goal,
A dream,
A person,
A circumstance.
What is it that you would like to attract into your life?
What is it that you would like to manifest?
And take a few moments to let that come through.
Just envision it now.
What is it that you would love to have?
So first,
We need to establish what it is.
And once you've established what it is that you would love to manifest,
Ask yourself this very simple question.
Why?
Why do I need this in my life?
Why do I want this in my life?
And take a few moments to answer this question.
Why do you want this?
There's no wrong answer.
Just take your time.
Now imagine yourself as we are here now,
Having achieved this,
Having already manifested this that you desire into your life.
Where would you be in this moment?
What would you be doing in this moment?
What is the setting like around you?
Are you indoors or outdoors?
Are you with someone or are you alone?
Just notice.
Notice the temperature and the space that you're in.
What activity would you be doing in this moment?
What would you be doing?
Would you be in a familiar environment with someone?
Is it admin?
Is it something that you enjoy doing that indicates you've achieved it?
What exactly are you doing in this moment?
Are there any smells that you can notice?
Any sounds?
What are you wearing in this moment?
Let's crystallize this experience as we experience it like as though it is in the present moment right now.
And as you are here now,
Establishing this moment,
This moment that cements your accomplishment,
That is symbolic of what you have achieved.
Let's now dive deep,
Dive deep into the feelings.
Notice how you feel knowing that you have accomplished this,
That you have yearned for.
Notice the emotions that arise.
How do you feel?
It is yours now.
You have done it.
What exactly are you doing and how are you feeling?
What can you do now that you have this?
Give you a few moments,
Take your time and just keep exploring the emotion that comes with having accomplished this dream,
This desire.
Where in your body can you feel this sensation,
This positive feeling?
Where do you feel it in your body?
How does this make you feel?
Just keep focusing on the sensations in the body,
On how it makes you feel.
And now bring into your consciousness this feeling of gratitude.
You are grateful now for having accomplished this.
How grateful do you feel now that you have this?
I want you to express the gratitude in the way that resonates with you.
Now repeat after me,
I am grateful for this.
I am grateful for this.
Repeat after me.
This is mine.
This is mine.
I deserve this.
I deserve this.
Notice how you feel when you say that.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve to be happy.
I am excited about what is to come.
I am excited about what is to come.
Keep holding on to this image of having accomplished this goal,
This dream,
This desire.
And keep holding on to the emotions that accompany this scenario,
That you feel like you are experiencing in the present moment.
As you are doing so,
You are now bringing yourself closer to your dreams and to your goals.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathe in as deep as you can.
And breathe it out into the universe.
Let it out and send it off to be accomplished.
And know that you have currently aligned yourself with this goal.
Now bring your palms against each other together in the praying position.
And I want you to now just rub them against each other like this.
Just rub your palms.
Keep rubbing them nice and fast until it gets very warm.
Keep rubbing your palms.
A few more seconds.
Rub your palms.
Keep rubbing them until I tell you to stop.
Rub them.
And now place them,
Just hover them over your face.
Do not touch your face.
Just hover them over your face.
I want you to say thank you.
You can say thank you God.
You can say thank you universe.
Whatever resonates with you.
And now think of something that is currently in your life for which you are grateful.
Something that you currently have in your life for which you are grateful.
Could be a person.
It could be something in your house.
Something that we take for granted.
It could be your health.
But what are you grateful for in your life?
Notice how it makes you feel when you bring that up.
You've done that.
Let's take a deep breath in as deep as you can.
And slowly breathe out.
Knowing that you have taken one step in the right direction towards your goal.
And you should be so proud of yourself.
I'm proud of you.
And I'm grateful for you for being here and for doing what is best for you.
You can come back to this meditation as often as you need to.
The more you do this visualization,
The closer you bring yourself to your goals and the more likely you are to manifest that which you would desire.
It can be very powerful if you do it on a regular basis.
