Mornings can feel heavy, and getting out of bed isn’t always easy. This short talk helps you reconnect with something that actually makes the day worth getting up for. You’ll be guided to shift your mindset, remember your value, and find a simple reason to move. Perfect for those mornings when you just need a small push in the right direction.

Transcript

Take a moment before you move.

You don't have to jump out of bed just yet.

Just lie here and check in with yourself.

What is it that gets you up in the morning?

Maybe it's something simple,

Your morning coffee,

Your dog waiting for you,

A message from someone you care about.

Maybe it's your work,

Your goals or something deeper,

Something you're building over time.

Just bring that to mind now.

Let it feel real because your life isn't random.

There are things in it that matter to you and today is another chance to move towards them.

Now gently shift your awareness.

There is so much available to you today.

Opportunities to grow,

To connect,

To learn something new,

To handle something better than you did yesterday.

Even if today feels ordinary,

There are moments in it that can quietly change your life and there are already things worth appreciating.

A bed that held you through the night,

A body that's still going,

Health,

A mind that's ready to think,

Create and experience.

Let that land for a second.

Now I want you to think about you,

Not the tired version of you right now,

But the version of you when you are your best.

The one who shows up,

The one who follows through,

The one who speaks with confidence,

Moves with purpose and treats people well.

You know exactly who that is and here's the truth.

That version of you has never disappeared.

It's always been there.

It's still there.

It's just waiting for you to step back into it and today is an opportunity for you to become that person a little more.

Now think about this thing today and think about something that you're looking forward to.

Just one thing.

It doesn't have to be big,

Maybe a good meal,

A workout,

A conversation,

A moment to yourself.

Just see it clearly.

Feel what it's like like you're actually there.

Feel what it's like on the other side of getting up and here's something else for you to consider.

Every time you get out of bed when it's hard,

You build something.

You build discipline.

You build trust in yourself.

You become someone who does what they say they will do and my friend,

That adds up day by day.

It shapes your entire life.

So this moment right here,

It matters more than you think.

So slowly just bring this energy back to your body.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out.

Move your fingers.

Move your toes.

Take it easy.

There's no rush.

Today is going to be a great day and you are going to do so much more than you think.

I'm proud of you for even listening to this video and it's going to be great.

Much love.

Great pep talk, Alex! I don't jump out of bed anymore, usually my body won't allow it anyways LOL. Some deep breaths, lots of gratitude, some good stretches and a positive attitude keep me going. Thanks Alex 😊
