Good evening there.
You've had a long day and.
.
.
Now it's time to settle into bed.
And wind down.
So join me as we take a few deep breaths that'll prepare you.
For a good night's sleep.
Begin by finding a self.
Comfortable.
Whichever position you feel safest in.
And gently close your eyes.
Just relax your forehead.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your chest.
Relax your arms.
Relax your belly.
And your legs.
And is your whole body feeling relaxed?
Let's start with that first.
Deep breath in.
.
.
Hold and slowly breathe out.
Letting go of some more tension.
Letting go of the day.
Let's take another deep breath in.
.
.
And slowly breathe out.
Letting go of some of that tension.
That may be holding you back.
Another deep breath in.
Hold.
And let go,
Breathe out.
Feeling this sense of relief as the air leaves your body.
Another deep breath in.
.
.
Hold.
Notice.
How you feel.
And release.
Feeling more relaxed.
Notice if any muscles have tensed up and relax your muscles if necessary.
And again,
Another deep breath in.
Hold.
And slowly breathe out.
Take three more breaths.
Deep breath in.
Try breathing out a little slower now,
Slow as you can.
Relax your muscles.
Another deep breath in.
And slowly breathe out.
Slow as you can.
Letting go.
Of the day.
Pairing.
For this sense of surrendering to the night.
One more deep breath in.
As you breathe out as slow as you can,
Relax a little further.
Trusting.
You're gonna have a great night.
Feeling more at ease.
More comforted.
Ready.
For sleep.
I wish you an amazing rest of the night.
And the sweetest dreams you could possibly ask for.
From my heart to yours.
Thank you.
