Hello there,
Beautiful Earthling.
I created this meditation with you in mind,
Because there is so much we want in life,
And sometimes we tend to doubt ourselves,
And that's normal.
But if we can teach ourselves to see what it is that we desire in our minds,
Like we have already achieved it,
Then you can undoubtedly manifest those dreams and bring them closer to you.
All it takes is a little bit of faith.
In the words of Albert Einstein,
Imagination is everything.
It is the preview of life's coming attractions.
So just know that whatever it is that you desire,
You can have it.
You just need to see it in your mind.
It all starts in your mind,
And that is the best way to make it real.
This is a practice you can do every day,
Either in the morning or in the evening,
Whenever is easiest for you.
The main thing is that you see yourself having achieved this in the present moment,
And do so while you're relaxed,
Centered,
And focused.
So let's begin.
Please find yourself seated comfortably,
With your back upright.
In a safe place,
You may also lie down.
Ensure that you're in a comfortable position,
And begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
As deep as you possibly can.
And when you're ready,
Slowly exhale.
And as you're exhaling,
Just gently close your eyes.
Relax your muscles,
And just notice how you feel.
Any sensations coming from any body parts,
Just pay attention to them.
Now just notice your breath.
Notice the air flowing through your nose as you breathe in.
And then flow slowly out of your nose as you exhale.
Just notice the sensations that are accompanied by the breathing.
Notice how the body moves with each inhale and exhale.
Feel the air flow in through your nostrils.
Work its way to your chest,
And then notice your chest expand,
And notice it deflate as the air leaves your body through your nostrils.
And if thoughts are seeping in,
Just take note of those thoughts.
And then go back gently to your breath.
Take note of the natural rhythm of your breath.
Try to change it,
Merely observe it.
And notice your pattern of breathing.
Notice how deep each breath naturally is,
Without trying to change anything.
You're merely observing it.
And now I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose.
Slowly exhale when you're ready.
And let all the tension leave your body,
And relax your muscles.
Relax your jaw and your forehead.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your arms and your chest,
And your belly,
And your hips.
Notice how your pelvis feels.
Relax your legs.
Just relax both feet.
Your whole body is relaxed.
Just go back to your breath when you've done so.
I'd like you to begin by opening yourself up,
And noticing one thing that you desire in life at this moment.
It could be anything that resonates with you in this moment.
Inner peace.
A fulfilling romantic relationship.
Desire for physical health.
Financial freedom.
A certain material possession that would enhance or enrich your life.
Just take a few moments to establish what this is,
And eventually I want you to visualize having this desire in your mind's eye.
And I want you to see yourself having it in the present moment.
This is your chance to manifest your desires.
So pay attention to the details.
Notice where you're at right now.
What are you doing?
Having manifested this desire in your life,
Is there any smell around you?
Notice the temperature in the room,
Or in the space that you're in.
Is it dark?
Is it light?
Is it dim?
What are you wearing?
Comfortable clothes,
Or are you about to go out and engage in an activity?
I want you to notice how you feel in your body.
What emotions are flowing through as you are seeing yourself have this in your life?
I want you to just for a second explore these emotions,
And embrace them.
Take note of any sounds that are coming from your environment.
What would you be doing in this moment?
Are you sitting back and doing nothing?
Engaging in some sort of activity?
Are you alone,
Or are you with someone,
If you are?
Please ensure that it is someone that makes you feel accomplished,
And happy,
And confident.
Picture yourself having this thing that you desire at this very moment.
Just feel physical sensations that come with having this desire,
Such as feeling the thrill of excitement,
Or even the goosebumps on your skin,
Perhaps even the smile on your face.
Just go back to noticing your space,
And seeing yourself go about this moment,
Having manifested this desire.
It is yours now.
It belongs to you.
You deserve it.
You have earned it.
As you are doing so,
I want you to feel your chest expand with air.
I want you to feel this sense of joy,
Excitement,
Love.
I want you to now just take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for a few seconds,
And when you're ready,
Exhale,
And I want you to say,
It is mine.
It is mine.
And you may say that multiple times.
When you fully exhale,
I want you to go back to envisioning your current circumstances,
Having manifested this desire.
Notice how you feel,
And in what emotional state does this put you in.
Again,
I'd like you to take another deep breath in through your nose,
And hold for five seconds,
And on the count of five,
As you exhale,
I want you to say again,
This is mine.
This is mine.
This is mine.
It's yours for the taking.
It is yours.
Just focus now on your breath.
Notice how your body feels.
Just relax your muscles.
I'd like you to take one more deep breath in.
Slowly exhale.
Send it all out to the universe,
And I'd like you to say to yourself,
Thank you.
When you're ready,
You may slowly open your eyes in your own time,
And welcome back your physical surroundings.
I want you to think of one thing,
One thing about your life for which you are grateful,
One thing that you are grateful for,
And why are you grateful for this one thing.
And when you're done,
I want to wish you an amazing rest of the day or night.
May anything and everything that you have ever wanted come to fruition.
You deserve it.
You are loved.
You are appreciated.
So go out there and get it.
