Welcome.
For this meditation,
Sit up in a comfortable position,
Or lay down,
Close your eyes,
And begin by breathing in slowly through the nose,
Hold it,
And relax,
Exhale completely,
And at the end of your exhale,
Enjoy the stillness.
Relax.
Another breath in through your nose,
Slowly,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Let all of the air flow out of your body,
And at the end,
Rest in the emptiness.
Relax.
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold it,
And exhale,
And imagine releasing everything,
And at the end,
Bask in the stillness.
And now,
Allow your breath to find its own slow and calming rhythm,
Inhaling new and fresh energy,
And exhaling the old energy.
It is time to let go even more.
Visualize the thoughts in your mind that keep you busy,
And just imagine them leaving your head,
Slowly floating away and dissolving into infinity,
Leaving you empty,
And just enjoy the emptiness in your mind,
The stillness.
Now,
Visualize the negative emotions that you feel or have felt,
And feel if they are there in any particular space in your body where you feel them.
It is time to let them go,
They no longer serve you.
Imagine them leaving your body and floating away into space,
Dissolving into nothingness.
Notice if you can feel any tension in your body.
It is time to let that go as well.
So,
If you feel it,
Breathe into it,
Into that place,
And with the exhale,
Release it,
Release it from your body,
Release everything,
And feel yourself fresh,
Empty,
And rest in Enjoy the emptiness,
The stillness.
Every time a thought comes up,
Accept it as it is,
And let it go,
Just let it go,
And come back to the emptiness.
There is nothing you have to do,
All you have to do is be,
Just be.
Experience the moment as it is.
Experience yourself as you are.
