Take a deep breath,
In through your nose,
Slowly,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Relax your body and hold it,
Another slow breath,
In through the nose,
And at the end,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Relax your thoughts,
Your mind,
And hold it there,
Another breath,
Inhale through your nose,
Hold it,
And exhale completely,
And surrender everything,
Let go,
And allow your breath to find its own slow rhythm,
And allow your breath to relax your body and to calm down your mind.
And with every breath that you take,
Just surrender your thoughts,
Your emotions,
The physical sensations,
A little bit more,
The more you surrender,
The more you can allow yourself to just be,
Just be here and now.
Whenever a thought comes up,
Allow it to just be,
And let it go with your exhale,
Come back to your breath and to the present moment.
As you're letting go more and more of your thoughts,
Your feelings,
The sensations of the body,
As you become more present,
Try to get a sense of what it is that is left after you let go of all of this,
What is that unchangeable,
Undeniable fact about you that is always here,
It is that you exist,
You are aware of I am,
I exist,
Tune into that awareness,
And allow yourself to rest as that awareness.
Behind everything,
There is this ever-present,
Formless awareness,
Just being aware.
Surrender deeper into that pure beingness,
Nothing else,
Nothing you have to do,
Nothing you have to become.
Just be aware,
As awareness,
Slowly come back to your physical body,
Feel it,
And feel your breath flowing in and flowing out,
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
