And take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position,
And relax your body.
Let's begin by breathing slow,
And breathing steady,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your body,
And let every inhale fill you up with life,
With energy,
And with every exhale,
Calm your mind a little bit more,
Releasing the busyness of the mind,
And be present in this moment of being,
Of being and nothing else.
Empty yourself,
And whenever a thought comes up,
Just gently let it go,
And come back to this pure beingness.
There is nothing you have to do,
The more you try,
The less effective,
So just let go,
And allow yourself to relax into beingness,
And keep coming back to it,
Surrendering more and more,
Just rest as beingness itself,
Feel the stillness becoming more and more empty,
All you have to do,
Is be,
Just be.
Before the automatic programs come up,
It is time for you to choose who you want to be today,
How you want to be today,
So take a moment to become aware,
How do you want to think,
How do you want to act,
And how do you want to feel today,
And then,
From the emptiness,
Simply step into that state of being,
Bring up those emotions,
And see yourself going through your day in this new state of being,
Feel it,
Feel yourself becoming this version,
See yourself doing the things you want to do in the way you want to do them,
And nothing can touch you,
Your state is untouchable,
Tune into it even more,
