You will focus on your super senses, listen to the sounds around you, smell the scents in the air, and feel gratitude for the things you have. Hi my friend.

My name is Samantha.

Today we are going to do a short meditation together where you imagine you are dog.

Find a cozy spot to sit or lie down comfortably.

Take a moment to settle into your space.

Close your eyes gently.

Let's begin our meditation journey by pretending to be a happy playful dog.

Imagine yourself transforming into a cute and friendly dog.

Picture your furry paws,

Wagging tail,

And floppy ears.

Take a few deep breaths in and out as you look at your beautiful little paws.

Feel the excitement bubbling inside you as you become this lovable creature.

As a dog,

You have super senses.

Notice what you can hear around you.

Maybe you are outside and you hear birds chirping,

Leaves rustling,

Or people laughing nearby.

Take a moment to listen to these sounds just like a dog would.

Now imagine what you can smell with your powerful nose.

Sniff the air and see if you can pick up any interesting scents.

Maybe you smell flowers,

Freshly cut grass,

Or even some delicious food cooking nearby.

Think about all the things you're grateful for as a dog.

Maybe you're grateful for your cozy bed,

Tasty treats,

Or the love and cuddles from your family.

Take a moment gratitude filling your doggy heart.

Now it's time to play.

Imagine yourself running through an open field,

Chasing butterflies,

Or playing fetch with your favorite toy.

Feel the joy and excitement and playfulness coursing through your furry body.

After all that play,

It's time to rest.

Find a comfortable spot to curl up and relax.

Feel yourself sinking into calmness and rest,

Just like a dog taking a nap in the warm sunshine.

Breathing in and out a few times deeply,

Just like the doggy would do when resting.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your human self.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel after your playful doggy meditation.

Remember,

You can always return to this meditation whenever you want to tap into your inner dog and experience joy,

Gratitude,

And relaxation.

Great job being a playful pup today.
