Find a quiet comfortable place to lie down and close your eyes,

Breath in and out,

Maybe placing a blanket over you if you choose,

Grabbing a comfortable cushion and imagine you are in a beautiful magical forest,

You feel safe here,

The sun is shining,

You can hear the birds singing softly in the trees,

This is your special place where only good things happen,

Breath in and away,

Breath in and away,

See yourself now walking along a path in the forest,

As you walk you notice the trees and flowers,

They seem to glow with a gentle light and this makes you feel happy and calm,

You find a cozy spot to sit down,

The ground is soft like a fluffy blanket,

You feel the warmth of the sun on your face and gentle breeze on your skin,

Take a moment to notice how your body feels now,

Breathing calmness,

Breathing out,

Letting go,

Any worries,

Any tightness melting away with each breath you take,

In this special place imagine a bubble of light around you,

This bubble keeps you safe and happy,

No one can hurt you here,

You are strong and brave,

And you are not alone,

There are many people who care about you and you deserve to feel safe,

You deserve to be treated with kindness,

In this special place allow this bubble of light to get brighter and brighter,

Filling you with a warm loving light,

This light is like a gentle hug from someone who loves you so much,

Making you feel safe and secure,

With every breath you take imagine this light spreading through your entire body,

Filling your heart with kindness and strength,
