End your day with calm and appreciation in this soothing evening gratitude meditation. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided to let go of the day and invite a gentle sense of peace. Through simple breath awareness and visualization of soft evening light, you’ll release tension and connect with gratitude for your body, your breath, and the small moments that carried you through today. This meditation is perfect for after work or before bed, helping you to slow down, soften, and prepare for deep rest. By reflecting on what you’re thankful for, you’ll naturally invite ease into your body and mind, allowing the day to close with kindness and presence. Music of Wisdom - 8hz Alpha Waves

Welcome to this evening gratitude practice designed to help you let go of the day and gently settle into rest.

We'll reflect on small moments of gratitude and invite a soft calm into the body.

Take this time for you allowing your eyes to close and notice the breath as it moves in and out and gently breathing through your nose letting the chest expand and as you exhale through the nose let this chest soften in chest expanding and out releasing as you allow the chest to soften gently pull back the abdomen as well you're breathing in chest is expanding and breathing out soft chest and now allow the breath to return to its usual pace imagining the soft light of the evening wrapping around your body calming soothing and steady and allow it to quietly soften every part of you reminding you that it is safe to slow down perhaps you'll feel a sense of calmness within you and as you allow the breath to return to its usual pace it's as if the day itself is sighing releasing with you perhaps it's a way it's carried you through your busy day maybe you're grateful for your lungs and your breath or perhaps simply supporting you throughout your day breath in and away now bring to mind three things you're grateful for in the day perhaps it's a moment that touched you whether that be big or small perhaps it was a kind word or the taste of food you enjoyed allow yourself to send gratitude to these moments bring a soft awareness back into the room around you perhaps it's a feeling of calmness noticing any signs the clothes against your skin deepening the breath and in your own time gently opening the eyes
