So being present,

So that you can see that you already have everything that you need.

Welcome my friend.

You've tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host,

Ma Moon.

We're back with another music meditation.

Just to soothe.

Just to relax.

Just to let go.

Just to come back to our center.

To our awareness.

Getting comfortable my friend.

You can lie down or sit up,

Whatever you like.

You're safe to close the eyes.

Tuning deeper inside.

Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.

Dropping the shoulders.

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Letting go of past,

Letting go of future worries.

Coming back to trust.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

And exhale,

Old life,

Old energy.

Breathing into the whole body.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

Doing good my friend.

Stay with me.

Aware of your posture.

Aware of your whole body as you breathe in.

And breathe out.

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the hands and feet.

Dropping down from the head into the heart space.

Feeling your heartbeat.

I want you to visualize that your heart is becoming more spacious,

Expansive.

Get grounded.

Rooted.

Breathing up the spine.

All the way to the top of the head.

Holding that breath at the top.

And exhaling down the spine.

Feeling your lower body rooted like a tree.

And your upper body reaching up to the sky.

Taking a deep breath through the nose.

And holding that breath at the top.

Becoming aware of your awareness.

As you hold the breath.

And exhale,

Letting go.

Just be empty of breath.

Empty all the air in the lungs.

Aware of your awareness.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding that breath at the top.

And exhaling all the way back down.

Into the lower body.

Feeling the feet underneath you.

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.

As you allow the mind's total freedom to think.

Just for a few moments.

Allowing the mind total freedom to think.

Letting go of thoughts.

Going back into the body.

As you breathe in.

The color for today is yellow.

The number is 557.

And the animal is a leopard.

Too caught in the past and the future.

So that you can see that you already have everything that you need.

That you already have things to be resourceful with.

If you think that there's something you don't have that you need.

That's what resourcefulness is about.

Getting creative with what's in your hands.
