Angry,
Feeling insecure about a relationship,
Jealousy,
Possessiveness,
Feeling overwhelmed by circumstance,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,
Come back to faith in the unfolding of life.
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like.
Closing the eyes or leaving them slightly open.
Embracing whatsoever is inside.
Exhale,
Letting go of self-hatred,
Self-doubt.
Exhale,
Letting go of old mistakes.
Nothing to do with them,
But simply let them go.
As you breathe in compassion.
Exhale,
Letting go of anger,
Disappointment.
Taking a deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale,
Let go.
For a few moments,
Bringing all the attention inwards.
Witnessing and welcoming your mind,
Your emotion,
And any sensations like old friends.
The top and squeezing down on the fist,
Squeeze down on the jaw.
Tense,
The whole body tense.
Tense as you can.
And exhale,
Let go.
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the mind.
As you breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Letting go of the past.
Letting go of future worries as you breathe in this moment.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Aware of your body,
Having love for your body as you breathe in.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
