Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to channel OMHAIKU,

I'm your host MAMUN,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you,

If you've been feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Ashamed,

Restless,

Lonely,

Confused,

Feeling a lack of motivation,

A lack of clarity,

A lack of resources,

Feeling limited,

Overlooked,

Undervalued,

Overwhelmed,

Bored,

Or perhaps even joyous,

Peaceful,

Loving,

Whatsoever you feel,

Reminding you that you're not alone,

That millions if not billions of people can relate,

Can empathize.

I know I can relate to a lot of those things that I just listed.

Me and anxiety go way back,

Me and anger go way back,

Me and worry go way back.

That being said,

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,

Come back to self-love,

Come back into compassion,

For not only our pain,

But the pain of all sentient beings,

To have patience,

To have understanding.

Getting comfortable,

My friend,

Becoming aware of how you're set,

Becoming aware of your posture,

You can lie down or sit up straight.

I invite you to gently close the eyes,

Tuning deeper into the sound.

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Breathing in new life,

New energy,

And exhaling old life,

Old energy.

Every cell in the body,

Breathing in,

And every cell breathing out.

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale,

Relax in the belly.

Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,

As you breathe in new life,

And exhale,

Letting go of the past.

Softening the face,

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

As you take a deep breath,

Breathing in love,

And exhale,

Letting go of fear.

Breathing in intuition,

And exhale,

Letting go of confusion.

Coming back into the clarity of this moment,

Feeling the uniqueness of this moment,

As you breathe in,

And breathe out.

Doing good,

My friend,

Stay with me,

Aware of your body,

Aware of your posture,

As you breathe in,

And exhale,

Letting go of negativity.

Letting go of the inner critic,

As you breathe in compassion.

Letting go of disappointment,

Coming back to trust,

As you breathe in,

And breathe out.

Softening the face,

Softening the belly,

Opening the heart.

Coming back into self-love,

Despite mistakes,

Having love for yourself,

And holding that breath at the top,

And exhale,

Let go.

Breathing into the nose,

And holding that breath at the top,

And exhale,

Let go.

Will you stay with me,

My friend?

So happy you would join me today.

Thank you for your presence.

For a few moments now,

I want you to let your mind be totally free.

So if you've been wanting to think,

Now is the time to think.

The body,

Having love for the body as it is,

Having love for the mind as it is,

Having love for who you are,

Coming back into trust,

And the unfolding of life.

So take a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale,

Relax in the belly.

The number is 7,

And the animal is a gazelle.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Thinking outside of the box,

Thinking not just left or right,

Yes or no,

Up or down,

But beyond this dualistic thinking.

A lot of times there's a third option.

We're weighing two options,

Forgetting that there might be a third option,

Contemplating this,

Meditating on this.

Sometimes the first solution we find to a problem is not the best one.

So be patient with solutions.

Allow them to come to you in your meditation.

Allow them to come to you in a moment of joyfulness.

It's not good to make decisions out of fear,

Out of great suffering.

You will choose something that leads to more fear,

To more suffering.

So make your decision out of joyfulness so that you can be led to more joyfulness.

And with that,
