Welcome my friend,

I'm your host Mamoun,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

To relax,

To let go,

To enjoy,

Just for you,

My friend,

So happy you join me today,

Despite the challenges,

Setbacks,

Anxieties,

Worries,

Fears,

Anger,

Loneliness,

We're still here,

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust and the unfolding of life,

To become more aware of our presence,

Something beyond the thinking process,

The emotions,

The mood,

That's ever-changing,

So that being said,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of your body,

Your posture,

How you're sat,

How you feel,

Noticing how your energy feels in this moment,

Witnessing and welcoming thoughts,

Witnessing and welcoming emotion,

Like an old friend,

Not pushing anything away,

But embracing whatsoever's inside,

Taking a deep breath in,

Inhaling new life,

New energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of old life,

Old energy,

Breathing in strength,

And exhale,

Letting go of self-doubt,

Breathing in love,

And exhale,

Letting go of fear and the inner critic,

Breathing in compassion,

And exhale,

Letting go of anger,

Disappointment,

Breathing in kindness,

And exhale,

Letting go of meanness,

And exhale,

Letting go of loneliness,

Doing good,

My friends,

Stay with me,

Aware of your posture as you breathe in,

And exhale,

Letting go of loneliness,

And exhale,

Letting go,

Letting go of all that no longer serves you,

As you soften the body,

Relaxing the face,

The shoulders,

The hands,

The feet,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,

As you breathe in,

And breathe out,

Open the head,

Dropping down from the mind,

Into the heart space,

I want you to visualize that your chest is opening like a flower in the sun,

Becoming more warm,

Open,

Trusting,

Radiant,

Giving your heart permission to open,

As you relax the belly,

Relax the palms of your hands and feet,

Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes,

And exhale,

Letting them go,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,

Witnessing and welcoming thoughts,

Very gently,

Very lovingly,

I'm taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

I just stay with it my friend,

So happy you joined me today,

Across time and space,

Seeing your encouragement on your path,

Stay strong,

Stay open,

Stay flexible,

With the ever-changing circumstances,

Remember to have fun,

To be playful,

To laugh,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

Ah,

Breathing love for other people,

And exhale,

Breathing out love to yourself,

Feeling love for your body as it is,

Feeling love for your mind as it is,

Feeling love for your path,

Your unique path,

Remember that nobody in the world has your exact life experience,

That that is absolutely unique and a gift for you to share,

For you to contribute to others,

For you to appreciate,

To be thankful for,

Remember that a hard day,

A hard week,

A hard month,

A hard year,

Is all giving space to its own magic,

To its own blessings,

To its own benediction,

That we can actually embrace hard days as part of our journey,

That it's really a gift,

It's not a punishment,

Easier said than done,

But that's why we practice,

That's why we're here,
