Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to channel Om Haiku.

I'm your host Ma Moon.

Back with another music meditation.

Just to soothe.

Just to relax.

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed out.

Full of anxiety.

Full of worries about the future.

Or feeling ashamed.

Depressed about the past.

Feeling anger at a situation.

Feeling loneliness and despair.

Feeling insecure about your body.

About finances.

About a relationship.

Or perhaps even feeling a sense of joy.

Sense of gratitude.

Sense of aliveness.

After all,

We live to see another day.

If you're listening to this,

You live to see another day.

Not taking it for granted.

Despite the challenges.

Despite the setbacks.

Despite the anxiety.

The stress.

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can combat the trust in the unfolding of life.

It's not easy to trust life but nevertheless we try.

So that being said,

Getting comfortable my friend.

Becoming aware of how you're sat.

You can lie down or sit up straight.

You're safe to close the eyes.

Tuning deeper inside.

Witnessing and welcoming yourself.

Taking a deep breath in.

Breathing in new life,

New energy.

And exhale.

Letting go of old life,

Old energy.

Dropping the shoulders.

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing your face.

As you breathe in.

And breathe out.

Every cell in the body breathing in.

And every cell breathing out.

Doing good my friend.

Stay with me.

Aware of your body.

Aware of your posture.

As you breathe in.

And breathe out.

Letting go of worries.

Letting go of fear.

As you breathe in trust.

And exhale.

Letting go.

Breathing in love for yourself.

And exhale love for others.

Breathing in forgiveness.

And exhale letting go of the past.

The past is past.

It's gone.

Breathing in this moment.

And exhale letting go of the future.

And exhaling out the mouth.

Breathing into the belly.

Opening the chest.

Opening the heart space.

Letting go of anxiety.

Coming back to trust.

Coming back to faith in yourself.

Faith in life.

Faith in other people.

Faith in awareness.

Faith in self love.

Faith in compassion.

Breathing in strength.

And exhale letting go of self doubt.

Believing in yourself as you breathe in.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding the breath at the top.

And exhale.

Breathing in.

And hold the breath.

Becoming aware as you hold the breath at the top.

And exhale let go.

Taking a deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

Very slow.

Very soft.

Letting go.

Letting go of all that no longer serves you.

All the story lines.

All the self doubt.

All the inner criticism.

And for a few moments looking inwards.

Observing yourself.

Very gently.

Very lovingly.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Becoming aware of your posture as you breathe in.

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy you would be joining me today.

Sending you encouragement on your path.

Don't give up on yourself.

Perhaps you can give up on the fear.

On the anger.

On the self doubt.

But don't give up on yourself.

Don't give up on other people.

Don't give up on love.

Relaxing the shoulders.

Relaxing the jaw.

The lips.

The forehead.

Relaxing the eyes.

Relaxing the mind.

In fact if your mind has been wanting to think.

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Coming back into the body.

Having love for your body.

Having love for who you are.

Despite flaws.

Despite mistakes.

Having compassion.

Not artificial but human.

Embracing your humanness as something precious.

As something worthwhile.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

The color for today is red.

The number is 44.

And the animal is an elephant.
