Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to let go,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stress,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Anger,
Loneliness,
Tiredness,
Feeling underwhelmed,
Overwhelmed,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful,
Loving,
Whatsoever you feel,
Reminding you that you're not alone,
That millions,
If not billions,
Of people can relate to the same worries,
The same frustrations,
The same hopes and fears,
Reminding you that you're not on an island,
But deeply interconnected to the human experience.
We're going to take some deep breaths and come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
It's not easy to trust,
But nevertheless we try.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Getting in a nice posture where you can be aware,
Aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your posture,
Aware of how you feel.
You can close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner space,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world as it is.
Breathing in the body,
Breathing in.
In every cell,
Breathing out.
Breathing into the belly.
In the exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Then go at confusion,
Self-doubt,
Believing in yourself,
Having faith in yourself as you breathe in.
Breathing in courage into the heart space.
In exhale,
Opening the heart.
Breathing kindness into the heart space.
In exhale,
Bringing warmth to the chest,
Feeling your heart open,
Warm,
Relaxed.
Letting go of tension in the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Softening the palms of your hands and feet,
Softening the belly,
Feeling the breath drop down from the chest into the belly.
And exhale,
Let go.
Breathing in through the nose.
Hold the breath as you become aware,
Aware of your presence as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing in through the nose and exhale out the mouth.
Breathing into the belly and exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for the body,
Having love for your unique path.
Letting go of insecurities,
Letting go of negativity,
Letting go of the inner critic.
Breathing compassion,
Letting go of disappointment,
Letting go of shame,
Coming back to love,
Coming back to trust.
Breathing.
The color for today is navy blue,
The number.

Remember to be patient.
It's not easy to do this because we want life to unfold in a certain way and in a certain time.
And there's an intelligence that seems to move through life where it doesn't always bother about our timelines and our projections of what we want to unfold.
So that's where the trust comes in.
That's where the patience comes in.
And just having faith that things are unfolding as they should.
