Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to channel OMHAIKU.

I'm your host MAMUNE,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling irritable,

Negative,

Critical,

Frustrated,

Angry,

Sad,

Depressed,

Feeling self-hate,

Self-doubt,

Confusion,

Lack of motivation,

Feeling worried about the future,

Whatsoever you feel today,

It's a-okay.

We're going to witness and welcome whatsoever we feel today,

As we come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

You can close your eyes if you like,

Tuning deeper into your inner space,

Listening to the sound,

Listening with your whole body,

Aware of your posture as you breathe in,

As you breathe in compassion,

Coming back to patience,

Tolerance,

Acceptance,

Embracing this moment as you breathe in,

Softening the shoulders,

Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet,

Extending the spine,

Feeling awareness throughout the body as you breathe in,

Breathing in faith in yourself,

And exhale,

Let go of past mistakes,

Breathing in kindness towards yourself,

And exhale kindness towards others,

Coming back to the nourishment that is kindness,

Being kind to yourself,

So you can be kind to others,

Being kind to others,

So you can be kind to yourself,

Relaxing the forehead,

Relaxing the eyes as you look in,

And exhale,

Let go,

Breathing in through the nose,

And exhaling out the mouth,

Breathing in through the nose,

And exhaling out the mouth,

Way to stay with you my friend,

So happy to have you join me today,

Across time and space,

Sending you encouragement on your path,

Keep going,

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing in courage,

Exhale,

Letting go of fear,

Breathing in faith in yourself,

Exhaling faith in life,

Breathing into the belly,

Exhale,

Relaxing the belly,

Opening the heart,

Dropping down from the head into the heart space,

Listening to your heartbeat,

Know that you're breathing,

Know that you're alive,

We live to see another day,

But it won't always be that way,

Remember to have love for all the little things in your day,

The smaller the better,

Taking a deep breath in,

Holding the breath at the top,

Letting go of what no longer serves you,

Coming back into your senses,

Aware of your body,

Aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're set,

As you take a deep breath in,

Breathing into the whole body,

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body,

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,

The color for today is dark green,

The number is one million,

There's a camel,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

You know it's not always easy to make these videos for me,

I can be overly critical of how I play the instrument,

How my voice sounds,

So many things that I can be hard on myself about,

And I just have to remind myself that it's a practice,

It's not meant to be something that's perfect,

It's just a practice,

And I'm grateful for whoever listening to this,

Who's practicing with me,

Meditation is like this,

It's not something that we perfect,

But we can practice it day by day,

And over time it becomes more and more natural,

More and more spontaneous,

The way it arises to not just meditate,

But to become more and more meditative,

May we enjoy this phase,

This current stage,

Experience some inner space,

The feeling of faith,

May we lay to see another day full of trust,
