In moments of setbacks, confusion, comparison, or sadness, it's easy to become entangled in a self-limiting storyline. This meditation invites you to gently return to the present, not by pushing feelings away, but by witnessing & welcoming them with awareness. Featuring the soothing tones of the handpan, this sound meditation offers a grounding space to sit with your emotions without becoming them. Let the music & breath guide you back to your center: laugh, let go, and enjoy the present. Perfect for starting or ending your day with a sense of calm, trust & presence.

Welcome,

My friend.

You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host,

MAMUNE,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Worried,

Lonely,

Tired,

Unmotivated,

Bored,

Perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Celebratory,

Or somewhere in between,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back and trust in the unfolding of life.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

My friend.

You can sit up or lie down,

Bringing more awareness to your body,

Your posture,

To your energy,

Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever you observe.

And as you exhale,

Expanding trust,

Deepening trust throughout the body,

Feeling a warm,

Trusting energy spreading through the mind and body,

Melting away fear,

Worries,

Anxieties,

As you come back to faith in yourself.

Taking a deep breath in,

Letting go of the inner criticism,

The inner judgment,

The inner meanness as you breathe in kindness.

Deepening understanding as you breathe in.

Softening the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the eyes as you look inside.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

Dropping down from the head into the heart space,

Breathing into the heart.

And exhale,

Relaxing the heart.

Opening the chest to more receptivity.

Now is the time to let your mind be free to think.

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.

And exhale.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

So happy to have you joining me today.

How your body feels in this moment.

Coming back to your heart.

So you take a deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

The color for today is blue.

The number is five.

Animal is a spider.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

As I was recording just now,

An actual spider was crawling towards me and I got a little afraid.

So hope that the music and the guided meditation still came out nice.

I'm looking at the spider right now like,

Please don't attack me.

My friend,

It's good to remember to have compassion for mistakes,

Setbacks,

Not having the best day.

We're not always going to be at our best.

Remembering that so you can still love yourself,

Even when you're not at your best.

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
