The place of power is within you. Happy to meet you here! About me: Certified Hatha Yoga teacher, YTTC 200, Russian Yoga Federation, teacher of yoga nidra, perinatal yoga, and tantra. I have been practicing and teaching for over 15 years. My guru is Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and I have completed numerous Vipassana training courses in Russia and India (Ashram in Bangalore) since 2008. I have successfully conducted over 20 retreats in the Maldives, Bali, India, and throughout Russia. I am a vegetarian, I stand on my head, and I meditate on nails. "My approach to yoga is based on an inexhaustible love for self-knowledge and the opportunity through yoga to discover new possibilities, super-thinking, superpowers, to live a full and vibrant life, and to recognize oneself as a part of Divine creation." I believe that yoga is universal because it heals on three levels of our existence: spirit, soul, and body. Yoga grants mental, physical, and spiritual health. And this is the most important thing in life for being a whole and happy person.
