Hello friends, I hope that you are doing well. I have created this course for you so that you can practice with me and bring small changes in your life to help you fall asleep easily. This course has 3 lessons. The first part of each lesson has theory for some knowledge and the second part is practical. We will practice together under my guidance. This course has various techniques such as Yogic Mudras(hand gesture) Facial gestures, Savasana techniques, Body Scanning and Deep Controlled Breathing. This is for everybody whether you have slight sleep issue or more, you can practice with me and learn.
