It's about brief meditation.
Meditation on heart chakra,
Focusing on heart center.
The center of love,
Unconditional affection,
Kindness and peace.
So what happens when we are not in a very comfortable situation?
We are going through some crisis,
Some uneasiness in relationships.
We feel heavy in our heart.
Have you noticed when you breathe out with a sigh,
Like a deep exhalation,
Something like that,
It feels much better,
Right?
So it feels like you're releasing something heavy that has been hiding inside you and it gives you a feeling of relief.
You feel light from within.
So today's goal is to sit quietly and notice our heart.
Pay attention to the heart center.
Send lots of good energy to our heart center.
So this is a very basic meditation.
We all can do this.
Sitting in a very comfortable position,
Keep your spine tall,
Upright.
Shoulders are back and down.
Hands resting gently on your lap or on your legs.
Very gently.
Fingers are soft,
Of course.
Toes are relaxed too.
Eyes are closed.
Crown of your head extending to the sky.
From head to toe,
Watch your body slowly,
Gently,
Noticing any sensation arising within you.
Pleasant or unpleasant,
Without any judgment,
Be aware of them.
Be aware of sensations.
Now allow your body to relax.
Soften your muscles from inside.
Try to relax your hip area,
Pelvic floor.
Relax your lower back,
Upper back,
Facial muscles.
Soften your chest,
Rib cage,
Stomach.
Soften your whole body.
Let's be present for some time.
Being present is full of energy.
Being present takes you deeper to help you realize your true self.
Being present tells you what needs to be taken care of within you.
So today we are focusing on our heart center,
Chest area,
The entire chest area.
Let's take those collarbones.
Let's take the chest,
The top of your rib cage.
Paying attention to your heart area.
Noticing sensation.
Without any judgment,
Be aware.
As you breathe in,
Let your chest rise very gently.
Expand your chest.
As you breathe out,
Soften your chest.
Relax.
Breathe in,
Expand your chest.
Breathe out,
Soften your chest.
Take a few slow,
Steady breaths to nourish your heart,
To understand what's going on inside.
By being aware,
By sending your own healing energy,
Channelizing your energy to the heart area,
To release,
To heal.
Take a deep breath,
Breathe out,
Let go.
Take a deep breath,
Breathe out,
Let go.
Relax your mouth and tongue.
Keep your jaw relaxed.
Separate your teeth.
Now take a deep breath again and slowly breathe out.
Let your chest rise as you inhale.
Let your chest sink as you exhale.
Gently place your right hand on your chest.
Softly feel the touch,
The connection.
Our hands connect to the soul very quickly.
The healing energy from your hand can really reach into your body.
So any heaviness you experience,
You can reduce that sensation by simply touching with your hand.
Feel that connection.
Watch your breath.
Release and let go.
Inhale gently.
Exhale fully.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Inhaling.
Letting go.
