Hello and welcome back.
This is Mitra.
I hope you guys are doing fine.
I'm here today to share with you a very simple breathing technique that includes sound.
So it's like sound breathing.
The sound that we create within ourself has a healing property.
The vibration of the sound,
It can heal our energy from inside and it brings calmness into our nervous system.
It helps to reduce anxiety,
Stress.
So it's pretty simple.
Make sure you're seated very comfortably.
You can sit on a chair or you can sit on a yoga mat.
Legs,
Relax the legs.
You can cross them or keep them just the way it is.
Keep your spine tall and straight.
Roll the shoulders back and down.
Hands on your lap.
Slightly tuck your chin to your chest.
Gently close your eyes.
Be aware of your breath.
Let's take slow and steady breath.
Inhale gently and slowly.
Exhale slowly and fully.
Inhale slowly and deeply.
Exhale slowly and fully.
From head to toe,
Watch your body.
Relax your muscles.
Soften your muscles.
Soften your muscles.
Now we are going to breathe and we'll make a sound inside us.
That sound will be the healing property in your breath today.
You'll be taking a deep breath through your nose.
As you breathe out,
You'll open your mouth and slowly breathe out with a ha sound.
So let's begin.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
Ah Ah Now close your eyes.
Take a moment to feel the vibration.
Relax your muscles on your face.
Soften your mouth and tongue.
Relax your whole body.
Feel the energy reaching into each and every cells of your body and mind.
Now we'll be breathing in and out with the ha sound a few more times.
Maybe five more times.
Relax.
Keep your spine tall.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
Ah Inhale.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
Ah Close your eyes.
Notice the shift inside you.
Let's feel this energy in each and every cells of our body and mind.
Just whenever you feel a little bit distracted,
You feel a little stressed out,
You may sit quietly and do this breathing a few times.
This will immensely help you.
I hope this was a good practice for you today.
Thank you for joining.
You have a wonderful,
Beautiful rest of the day.
Namaste.
Thank you so much.
