My name is Mitra Dhar.
I'm here today to share with you a simple meditation practice,
A very gentle way to start your day or to just to take a break in the middle of the day to connect with yourself.
This practice is for everybody.
It's just about finding ourselves in the busy and the chaotic world.
So let's start.
Find yourself a very comfortable place without any disturbances around you.
Sit comfortably,
Keep your spine upright,
Shoulders are back and down.
Relax your hands gently on your lap as you close your eyes.
Close eyes to look within.
So slowly from head to toe,
Scan through your body.
Scan through your internal physical body.
As you scan,
Allow to relax,
Allow to soften,
Allow to connect.
Be aware of sensations.
Some sensations are pleasant,
Some are unpleasant.
Without any judgment,
Be aware of them.
Be present.
Witness yourself.
Spend time with yourself.
Allow yourself to relax.
Take a deep breath and softly breathe out.
Take a deep breath and gently breathe out.
Connect with your breath.
Watch your in-breath,
Out-breath.
As we look within,
We may experience peace right away or we may experience restlessness and chaos.
As we go through the chaos,
Inner restlessness,
We become aware of them.
We experience a subtle touch of joy,
Inner peace.
Our true nature is peace and joy.
Take that moment to appreciate yourself.
Take that moment to connect with your true self.
Take a deep breath and slowly breathe out.
Take a deep breath and gently release.
Watch your in-breath,
Watch your out-breath.
In-breath,
Relax.
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your breath to flow.
Experience inner freedom,
Freedom in your mind,
Freedom within you.
The most beautiful experience.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale from your mouth.
Take a deep breath.
Breathe out from your mouth.
Take a deep breath.
Gently bring your hands together,
Rub your palms and softly place your hand on your chest.
Feel the energy within you.
Always know that you are peace,
You are joy,
You are the light,
The shining light of consciousness.
As you breathe out,
You may gently open your eyes and get ready to restart your day,
Reshape your day with peace and inner strength.
