Good morning.
Today we'll be doing a short mantra meditation.
I call it Gratitude Mantra Meditation to have a positive day,
To have a productive day.
So find yourself a comfortable position,
Comfortable place without any much disturbances around.
Sit very comfortably.
Keep your spine tall,
Shoulders are back and down.
Allow your hips and sitting bones to release.
Rest your hands on your lap.
You may close your eyes.
Relax your whole body from head to toe.
Relax your tongue on the floor of your mouth.
Soften your mouth.
Soften your heart.
Soften your belly.
From head to toe,
Scan through your body.
Be aware of any sensation.
There could be so many ways,
Various types of sensations we can experience.
Sometimes it's a feeling of tightness.
Sometimes it's relaxation.
So just be aware without any judgment.
Be aware of sensation.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice your in-breath,
Out-breath.
In-breath,
Out-breath.
Let your breath flow smoothly at your own pace.
Take a deep breath and slowly breathe out.

I am grateful for today.
I am grateful for this beautiful life,
For many blessings,
Beauty,
Love and strength that surround my entire being.
I'm grateful for today to make a fresh start.
I'm thankful.
I'm ready to restart with positivity and love.
