Let's get grateful.
Today we will be repeating affirmations.
So often we can get caught up in negative self-talk,
Self-sabotaging thoughts and behavior.
Affirmations work to shift that narrative and can create increased self-worth and positive attitudes.
I will state an affirmation,
We will repeat it together three times,
And then move on to the next affirmation.
Speak the affirmation in your throat,
Visualize it in your third eye,
And feel it in your heart.
Let's begin.
