I'm going to invite you to get comfortable,
Preferably laying down.
Maybe your knees are bent,
Maybe they're straight.
Just allow yourself to find a very comfortable position,
Preferably without a pillow behind your head,
Or if so,
Just something very small.
We're going to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine that you are sipping on a straw.

Deep breaths in and out of a straw,
Perhaps allowing the exhale breath to be just a little bit longer than the inhale.
Holding at the top of the breath or the bottom of the breath for just a moment,
Allowing that full circle of breath.
