Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Eva Payne.

Thank you for being here.

Take a few deep breaths and settle in.

Get comfortable.

Take a few deep breaths.

You are safe here,

My friends.

You are safe.

When you take in that breath,

First fill from the bottom of your belly,

Bringing that breath up into your chest,

Into your heart space,

And letting it go.

With every exhale,

Letting go,

Softening into the space.

Relax your face,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your shoulders,

Your neck.

Check in with your body,

Do a scan,

Where can you soften?

Just 10% more.

Deep breath.

Beautiful.

I invite you to choose in to this meditation,

Thinking to yourself,

I choose to participate in this meditation.

I am creating safety.

Big breath.

I am creating safety.

Breathe that in.

Big breath in.

Slow release out.

Allowing that exhale breath to be just a little bit longer than the inhale breath.

Every inhale breath is an expansion of your body.

And every exhale breath,

You are letting go,

Softening,

Being held by the space around you.

You are safe.

This is a safe space to relax and to simply be.

Big breath.

Allowing your body to fill with that inhale breath.

And let it all go,

Freeing up space with the exhale.

Beautiful job.

Let's take that breath all the way up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up.

Imagine that breath going out the top of your head,

Holding at the top for just a moment,

And then letting it all just drop.

Letting it go.

Big breath from the bottom of the belly.

Let that breath take an elevator ride up,

That intention of safety.

Moving up,

Up,

Up.

Holding at the top for just a moment and letting it all go.

Drop in a little bit more to the space.

Allow the space to hold you.

I invite you to step into your heart.

Imagine beautiful big double doors opening up and you stepping into your heart.

What do the doors look like?

Big breath.

What are you wearing?

And what does it look like inside your heart?

This is your imagination.

Your sanctuary.

Your home.

A place where your essence lives.

Deep breath.

Taking that breath up into the heart.

Allowing it to expand and show you more.

Take a look around.

What is above you and beneath you?

What is to the left and the right?

What is in front and what is behind?

Deep breath.

I invite you to imagine a place.

A place that you have experienced in your life.

At one point.

Doesn't matter what age you were.

Where you felt safe.

One moment in time.

No judgment around what comes up.

Simply allow big breath.

See this place.

See this moment in time.

And for now it's just you there.

What does this place look like?

Fill in all the details.

And what did it feel like to be here in this moment in time?

This place that held a moment of safety.

Thanking this place.

This space.

Deep breath.

Breathing in gratitude.

Now in this space.

I invite you to bring someone in.

This is one person.

Who you felt safe with in your life.

In this moment in time.

It doesn't need to be the same moment.

But who is one person in your life?

One moment.

One experience where you felt safe.

With another human.

Deep breath.

No judgment around who comes in.

What are they wearing?

Allow this person to approach you.

In your safe place.

Imagine this person opening their arms.

And bringing you in.

Wrapping their arms around you.

How does it feel?

To be held.

To be with someone who helped to create.

A moment of safety.

Deep breath.

What does safety feel like in your body?

Deep breath.

Soften just a little bit more.

You are safe here my friend.

You are safe.

Your heart is a safe place.

It is safe to create.

It is safe to be you.

It is safe to express.

To be with what is.

To simply allow the authentic moment right now to be felt.

Fully expressed.

Deep breath.

You my friend are a creator.

You imagined what it would look like entering your heart.

You recalled a safe place.

You brought yourself there.

You brought in someone who showed you safety.

It all came from you right now in this moment.

That means it is inside of you already.

You can create your own safety in your body.

Deep breath.

Your breath supports you.

Your heart supports you.

Your imagination can support you.

And from this place of safety you get to shine.

You deserve it and the world needs it.

Deep breath.

You get to feel safe in your relationships.

In your friendships.

With your family and friends.

With the spaces that you create and enter.

With your doingness.

Your career,

Your work,

Your hobbies.

With your rest.

This is our baseline.

This is our truth.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are a powerful creator.

Begin here.

Create from this space.

From this place.

From this feeling.

You can come back here anytime you want.

Take a pause.

Take a few deep breaths.

Drop into your heart.

Recall moments when you felt safe.

Bring them in to allow the feeling to come in.

With your breath move that feeling throughout your body.

From the tips of your toes to the ends of your hair.

With your breath.

Softening with every exhale.

Free your mind.

Open your heart.

You are safe.

Finishing the sentence in your mind.

I feel.

I am grateful for.

I am safe when.

I can.
