Good morning.
It's 530 in the morning here where I am.
And I've got some peppermint tea.
I've been telling myself all week that if I wake up at 4,
Between 4 and 5,
That I would get up and lead a meditation and I have woken up many times.
Between that time and I chose to stay in bed.
And today I chose different.
I'm going to invite you to choose different today.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Slow release out.
Take another deep breath in.
Slow release out.
Relax a little bit more into this spot.
Just notice how you feel in your body.
How does your back feel?
Or does it feel tight?
Like it needs a little bit more attention.
Let's take a deep breath into that space.
A deep healing breath.
Imagine it going to that spot.
Working some magic.
Nice deep breath.
Bringing yourself more and more to the present moment.
What is an intention?
Intention is the conscious direction of your energy.
Take a deep breath in.
Intention is the conscious direction of your energy.
Shaping how you experience and engage with the world.
Deep breath.
Shaping how you experience and engage with the world.
Intention is the conscious direction of your energy.
Shaping how you experience and engage with the world.
We are going to set an intention.
An intention that's going to go beyond today or this moment.
But live in this moment and today and tomorrow.
And the next day.
When we set an intention with clarity and purpose,
It becomes a guiding force that aligns your action with your deepest values and desires.
Let's choose in to this meditation practice.
Let's choose in to setting an intention.
An intention that we want to embody.
What does it mean to choose in?
To be intentional.
Commit all of you.
Mind,
Body,
Spirit,
Each of your senses.
Commit your vessel.
Commit the essence that is you inside.
You're doing this for you.
With a deep breath in,
I invite you to ask yourself,
What do I need more of in my life?
Some ideas might be clarity,
Courage,
Peace,
Hope,
Freedom,
Love,
Acceptance,
Community,
Grace.
Passion.
What is it that you deeply desire?
No judgment around what comes up and maybe several things will.
Let's take a few deep breaths.
Just imagine a giant whiteboard with words appearing.
What do you need more of in your life?
Deep breath.
Now one of these words,
Allow it to grow,
To glow,
To catch your attention.
Let's just pick one.
What do you want to create more of in your life?
Beautiful.
Now let's bring it into the present moment.
I am choosing to bring this intention into my life.
I am choosing it.
And I am creating.
What does it mean to create with this attribute?
What would it look like?
What would it feel like?
When I say to create,
I mean to move amongst your day,
To be a human in the world.
What would it look like to embody more of this?
Deep breath.
What would need to change?
What would need to change?
Just intuitively,
What comes to you?
What one small,
But maybe large choice would you need to make?
Let's choose something that feels exciting.
It's okay,
Whatever the first thing you chose was,
Let's just allow that to be.
And maybe it's the same thing.
What one choice could you make that would be exciting,
That would help create more of this?
Now see yourself executing.
Stepping into that thing that would be exciting.
How does it feel in your body?
How does it feel?
See see yourself there,
Experiencing that life.
And the unfolding,
Allow your imagination to dream big.
Breathing in.
Because deep breath,
I am creating I am creating this is my intention.
This is where my awareness and my energy will go.
Thank you for being here.
Take a few slow deep breaths.
Bringing yourself back to this present moment.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Big,
Big breaths,
Really filling your lungs with that breath.
Beautiful job.
Now go out and create.
With that lens,
Look through life with that lens.
Move through life with that lens.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for being you.
I see you.
Namaste my friends.
