Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Eva Payne.
Thank you for being here.
Today we're going to focus on healing the body.
What part of your body hurts?
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Let's take a few deep breaths together and ground in,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Nice long inhale through the nose and slowly exhale.
Beautiful,
Again in through the nose,
Very slow and exhale.
Continue to take these nice slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
We're going to bring our awareness to the part of your body that hurts.
That's causing pain,
Friction,
Tension.
And imagine stepping inside your body,
Being able to stand next to this part of your body that hurts.
Slow deep breaths.
Now imagine that this part has feelings,
Is its own energy.
What would it look like?
It can look like anything.
Use your imagination.
Slow deep breaths.
Bring this part of your body to life.
I'm going to ask you to step into your feminine,
Into that motherly,
Loving,
Nurturing energy that we all possess.
With slow deep breaths,
Asking this part of you,
What do you need?
What do you need?
No judgment around what comes up.
What do you need?
Send it with the exhale breath.
And with the inhale breath,
Listen and receive.
Exhale,
What do you need?
Inhale,
Listen.
We're going to pull some healing energy from right outside of you,
In your biofield,
The space around you.
Imagine that the space around you has everything you need.
Every bit of information,
Every bit of healing energy,
And you bring it in through your breath.
You are the healer of your own body.
You bring in this healing energy from the space around you.
It's free of charge.
And you direct it with the exhale breath.
Imagine pulling yourself back to being next to,
In front of that space that hurts,
And sending it with the exhale breath.
Whatever this healing energy looks like,
Give it color,
Texture,
Form.
Give it feeling.
What does that healing energy feel like?
You breathe it in from the outside space,
Thanking the outside space for holding you,
For giving you everything you need,
Bringing it fully,
Fully,
Fully into your body,
And then exhale it to the space that needs it the most.
And allow that space to receive it.
What happens to that space,
That part of you that hurts,
As it starts to feel your nurturing love,
Feel your breath,
Perhaps carrying the ho'oponopono prayer to bring things back into balance.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Deep breath.
Thanking this space for existing,
Thanking this part of you,
Even though it hurts right now,
It has served you well.
It is asking for your attention,
And you are here.
Thank you.
Thank you for listening.
Thank you for receiving.
Thank you for giving.
Three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
One more.
In and out.
Beautiful.
Bringing yourself back to the present moment.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for taking care of yourself.
Be kind to yourself.
You matter.
You have value.
And so does every human experience.
Until we meet again,
My friends.
Together we flow.
I love you.
Have a beautiful day.
