In this short meditation, we will create a safe space to breathe in connection with light somatic work. I will walk you through a box breath. Box breathing or square breathing is proven to be the quickest way to reset the nervous system. In for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, and repeat until you are feel reconnected.
