Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Eva Payne.

Today,

We are going to be focusing on uncertainty,

On trusting the unfolding of life.

So,

Get comfortable,

Take a few deep breaths,

Beautiful.

Big breath in,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Big mace.

All you can see is what's right around you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

To the left,

To the right,

Above and below.

How can you possibly know which way to go?

There's really only a few directions.

One is in front,

One is behind,

One is no motion at all and simply staying right here.

That you could fly,

And as you press off the ground beneath you,

And you begin to see the maze in its entirety,

You see all the turns and dead ends,

You see the start and you see the end,

And each turn is another day in your life.

Down each corridor is an experience that you have had or will have.

This maze in its entirety is your life.

What is behind you?

What have you already walked through?

Congratulations,

It's not easy being here and going through everything you have gone through,

But you have done it,

And there is so much yet ahead,

And it is beautiful,

And it is intentional,

And it will end one day,

And as you lower yourself back into this maze,

It dawns on you,

You have a compass in your pocket,

And this compass,

Its north,

Its direction is grounded in love.

It can help you find the exit.

It simply requires you to take the most loving next step.

That's it.

Letting go of shame,

And guilt,

And fear,

And anger.

Let it go.

Choosing love.

Choosing softness,

And kindness,

And forgiveness,

And grace.

So as you find yourself back in this maze with this compass,

Trust the unfolding.

Trust the next step.

Because when it is made in love,

With love,

There will be no regrets.

You will come to the end,

And float up,

And look back,

And see so much beauty.

Full of experiences.

Easy ones,

And hard ones,

And ones that caused pain,

And ones that brought in joy,

And awe,

And wonder.

You will have lived the human experience fully.

What is the most loving next step you can take?

What is the most loving next step you can take in your life?

No judgment around what comes up.

Ask yourself the question,

And simply be with what pops in.

I invite you to sit with it.

I appreciate you,

My friend.

Thank you for being here today,

Finishing the sentence in your mind.

I feel I am grateful for.

The most loving next step I can take is.

I will.

I love you.

I appreciate you.

Thank you for doing this human thing.

Thank you.

You matter.

And together,

We flow.

Have a beautiful day.
