Meet your Teacher

Rachel is a holistic wellness therapist and mindset coach with over a decade of experience helping people regulate their nervous systems, release old emotional patterns, and rebuild inner strength. She blends trauma-informed practice, subconscious belief work, mindfulness, and evidence-based stress-reduction tools into a grounded, practical approach that actually fits real life. Having come through her own experiences with illness, motherhood, divorce, and rebuilding her life, Rachel brings a powerful mix of professional skill and lived wisdom. Her work is compassionate, straightforward, and deeply supportive, making her the perfect guide for anyone ready to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to themselves.

Today, we explore emotional resilience, how to feel what’s true without shutting down or being swept away. You’ll learn why many of us were never taught how to process emotion, how your sensitivity is a strength (not a flaw), and how to stay present without spiralling. This session includes simple tools for riding emotional waves safely and staying with yourself in the middle of intensity.

Energetic Sovereignty: What’s Yours vs What’s Not

In this lesson, we unpack what it means to be energetically porous and how to protect your field without shutting down. You’ll learn to hold your centre, reclaim your clarity, and build boundaries that support your nervous system and intuition
