Welcome to your five-minute nervous system reset.

Get yourself into a comfortable position and take a slow breath in.

And let it fall out of your body like you're exhaling a long finally.

No performance.

No perfection.

Just a breath that feels like yours.

And let your shoulders drop a little.

Even if it's only a millimeter.

Your body notices.

Now bring your attention to the point where your feet meet the floor.

Feel the weight.

The pressure.

The contact.

As if the ground is quietly saying,

I've got you.

Let that feeling travel up the legs.

A slow warm glide rising through the hips.

Unclenching the belly.

Softening the heart space.

And notice the air around your face.

Cooler.

Almost like the room is exhaling with you.

Now let your next breath be slower than the one before.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine the tension leaving your body in waves.

Like ripples moving outward.

Fading into nothing.

Good.

Now gently place one hand on your chest.

And one on your belly.

Feel your own warmth.

Your own heartbeat.

Your own body choosing to calm itself.

And let the breath drop down into the belly.

A soft rise.

A gentle fall.

A rhythm that belongs to you.

And as you breathe,

Imagine your whole nervous system smoothing out.

Like tangled wires gently unravelling.

Like creases ironing themselves flat.

Like your body remembering what safety feels like.

And take one more slow breath in.

And release it with a long easy sigh.

You're back.

You're steady.

And your system is reset.
