The Play Of Light

In this meditation, we learn to still the mind and then to move the awareness deep into the heart. From here we learn to connect to the source of true and unconditional true love that has its emanation deep within us. We learn to see the light within us and we start to observe its qualities of peace, love and bliss.

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breathing.

Feel the breath enter.

Feel the breath leave.

Feel stillness growing in the mind.

Feel yourself connecting to the stillness within the mind.

Observe the movement of the breath.

As you breathe in,

The ribcage expands.

As you breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

Keep connecting to the breath.

Observing the breath.

Allowing for the stillness in the mind to grow more and more.

Breathe in,

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

You feel the sensations within the lungs as the breath enters,

As the breath leaves.

You feel and observe the silence within as the mind focuses more and more on the breathing.

Connect the mind more and more to the stillness within.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You observe the thoughts.

See how the thoughts contain no peace.

How the thoughts can bring anxieties,

Stress.

How the thoughts can contradict each other.

How they're just waves,

Energy patterns that come and go.

But you observe how the breath allows for a deep sense of stillness to emerge.

And you take your attention away from the thoughts,

Realizing from deep within that they bring no peace.

You focus on the breathing,

Feeling the sense of peace that the breath brings.

And then as you focus on the breath,

As you continue to focus on the sensations within the lungs,

As the lungs expand,

Contract.

Your awareness moves deep within.

You see a light deep within your heart.

You start to connect to this light.

You know this light to be your original,

True nature.

There's a sense of peace here that emanates from this light.

A sense of bliss,

A sense of stillness.

You journey into the light,

Looking into the source of the light.

Seeing that the source of this light is a source of love and light and bliss and harmony and peace.

A source of light that emanated all of these qualities throughout the universe and brought the universe into creation,

Into presence.

You journey to the root of this light within your heart and you see the source,

The light that created everything,

That left its emanations,

Its rays of light within the entire universe,

Within each being,

Each creature,

Within everything that contains energy.

The source of this light that exists within your heart is made up of the qualities of kindness,

Compassion,

Love,

Joy.

Everything beautiful within.

Your entire body fills with light.

The source of light sends its light through to every being,

Every creature,

Everything that moves,

Everything that contains energy and it sends its light through to your heart.

You see this light that contains all the love of the universe,

Unconditional love,

Unconditional forgiveness,

Unconditional happiness,

Joy,

Bliss.

It sends its love through to your heart and from your heart this light starts emanating to every cell,

Every molecule within your body,

To every organ,

Every muscle,

To your heart,

To your lungs.

Every cell,

Every molecule inside you starts to shine with this light,

This love that emanates from the source.

You see light within each cell,

A light that contains love,

Unconditional love,

A light that contains peace,

Unlimited peace,

A light that contains bliss,

Unlimited bliss.

A light that contains stillness,

Unlimited stillness,

A light that shines inside you forever,

That shines within each cell,

Each molecule,

Each atom within you.

And you feel the qualities of the rays of light that emanate from the source,

Touch your heart and awaken light within you.

The feeling of forgiveness grows within you as you realize that the source of light that created the universe loves its creation unconditionally,

Forgives unconditionally.

You feel that in the eyes of the source of true love you've never made a mistake,

You're completely forgiven because you're completely loved.

You feel that there's nothing to feel guilty about because the source of unlimited love that created you,

That created the entire universe is within you,

Loves you unconditionally.

The only thing that the source knows is to love,

To fill with happiness,

To fill with peace.

And its light continues to reach through to your heart,

Continues to forgive,

Continues to fill you with peace,

With joy,

With love,

Continues to allow your heart to soften.

Your heart melts and softens and unconditional love continues to flow into your heart.

It allows happiness to grow within.

You feel an unconditional happiness growing from your heart,

Emanating from your heart,

Reaching through to every cell of your being,

Reaching into every atom of your being,

Allowing every atom to fill with light,

With joy,

With happiness,

With unlimited happiness that originates in the source of love and light that created the universe.

And the cells inside you start to speak now.

They start to feel and realize why else would the universe have been created if it wasn't to express love and light and joy and bliss.

It was created exclusively for this.

This is the reason that the universe came into being,

For the expression of love,

Unlimited love,

The expression of peace,

Of joy,

Of happiness,

And the vibration that created the universe is inside you.

There's a spark of the divinity,

Of the source,

Of love and light of the universe that exists within you always.

It starts within your heart and that light shines through to your entire body.

You feel completely illumined.

The light grows within you.

Everything within yourselves is completely filled with love,

With the light of the universe.

This light continues to shine.

Your cells continue to feel lighter and lighter,

Freer and freer.

You feel your entire body becoming light,

Your entire body becoming free.

The cells,

The atoms within you,

Feeling with the unconditional love of the universe,

Of the source,

Feeling with the qualities of forgiveness.

And all the pain that's ever been trapped within your heart becomes free.

As you connect to the source,

To its light,

To its love,

Which holds no conditions,

Just forgives you,

Accepts you for who you are,

Allows your heart to soften,

To become free.

You connect back to the source,

You connect back to your true nature,

And every single cell,

Atom within you becomes filled with the light of the universe,

The light of the source.

And there's nothing but light within your heart,

Within every cell,

Every molecule within you now.

Your heart remains free,

Unbound.

There are no conditions to the love of the source,

Of light that created the universe.

The complete unconditional love that forgives,

Accepts,

Loves you unconditionally,

Knows no bounds,

Allows for all the pain in your heart to dissolve,

To become free.

You feel an unlimited,

Unconditional love within your heart.

Your heart softens,

Melts,

Dissolves.

Just light shines here.

Your heart becomes freer and freer,

Filled with more and more light,

More and more freedom.

You feel the quality of this light that's filling you,

Filling every cell,

Every organ,

Every molecule within you.

You feel the beauty of this light.

You feel that it contains complete,

Unconditional love.

Everything within you softens as you realize this.

No hardness,

No tension can remain.

Just softness.

Your heart knows nothing but freedom.

Your heart feels completely light.

The unconditional love of the universe is inside you,

Feeding your heart with unconditional love,

Unconditional light.

It softens your heart.

And you see nothing but light within your heart.

Nothing but light within every part of your body.

Every cell,

Every atom,

Every molecule within you is filled with the light of the universe,

The light of the source,

Of love.

Unlimited,

Unconditional love that created the universe.

With its love,

The source of light contains compassion.

All the pains that are trapped in your heart become softened.

As the light of the universe,

The light of the source sees all of your pains,

All the pains that have ever been trapped within.

Dissolves each and every one of these pains.

Fills them with compassion,

With understanding.

They all dissolve,

They all melt.

You know and experience nothing but love,

Nothing but lightness in your heart.

You feel a swirling of energy as the pains within your heart are dissolved.

As your heart's filled with compassion from the source and understanding of all of your pains.

And as this vibration of compassion reaches into your heart,

As all of your pains are understood,

Heard,

Felt.

As compassion starts to soften and dissolve the tensions within your heart,

The vibration reaches throughout your body.

The light of compassion touches every cell,

Every molecule within your body.

No pain,

No tension remains.

Just the light of compassion that understands.

And the cells,

The molecules within you become dissolved more and more.

Become freer and freer.

Your heart becomes softer and softer.

And light continues to glow in every cell,

Every molecule within you.

Your heart becomes freer.

Filled with more and more love and this love emanates.

The light within your cells grows,

Vibrates,

Moves,

Becomes alive.

Every cell within you feels alive.

As the light of the universe,

The light of the source shines within,

Vibrates,

Awakens love,

Compassion,

Peace,

Bliss within you.

You feel freer and freer.

More and more awake.

More and more alive.

The source of love that created the entire universe has left a spark within your heart and is alive within you.

It's inside every cell,

Every molecule and it shines its light forever within you.

It's within every being,

Every creature.

It's the emanation of love that created the entire universe.

There's nothing but peace,

Nothing but love within you.

It's here,

It's alive inside you.

Your entire body is alive and filled with the light of the universe.

The light of the source of unconditional love,

Unconditional happiness.

Your heart feels completely free,

Completely light.

Your entire body is made up of the light of the universe.

Your entire body is free.

Your entire body is filled with love,

With light.

Every cell within you is free.

The light of the universe,

The source of love of the universe is alive inside you.

And its love continues to grow every day.

You see it and feel it in your heart and it grows within each cell,

Each molecule within you.

Whenever you need to feel it,

You just need to close your eyes.

Connect back to the source of love,

Of life and know that it's breathing within your heart.

That its aliveness is within your heart.

It loves you unconditionally,

Forgives you for any mistake.

It fills you with love,

With peace,

With joy and brings you back to your original,

True nature of love,

Bliss,

Joy,

Eternal happiness.

The light within you is who you truly are,

An emanation,

A ray of light that originated in the source of true love.

You see yourself as the flame of love within the heart that was created by the source of love that sustains the universe.

This love is deep within you,

Deep inside you.

You're alive now.

You feel this love deep inside your heart.

You're alive completely.

You rub both palms together,

Generate warmth into palms.

You keep the love of the source,

The universe,

The source of love and light of the universe.

Alive within your heart,

Within yourselves.

You take your palms above your eyes.

You bring warmth back into the eyes.

Then you slowly move your hands away.

Opening the eyes once more,

Seeing the universe now.

From the perspective of the love,

The light that emanates from within your heart.

That was a gift,

And is a gift,

From the source of love and light that created the universe.
