Problems are simply created by the mind and when we learn to relax then we learn to realise that we are something beyond the mind. We are connected to a divine stillness that simply observe. Neither the thoughts created by the mind nor the problems that the mind creates are us. We are peace beyond.

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Observe each in-breath.

Observe each out-breath.

Feel the mind becoming stiller as it observes the breath.

Encourage the mind to focus on the breathing.

You breathe in,

You breathe out.

Stillness comes to the mind.

You start to enjoy taking the awareness to the breathing.

You start to enjoy connecting to the stillness with it.

Knowing that this stillness is your original,

True nature.

You simply observe the breath.

Nothing complicated.

Just observe the movement of the breath.

And enjoy the feeling of stillness that comes to the mind.

Thoughts simply disappear.

They have no place.

Because what you're truly searching for is a sense of peace.

And this comes from following the breath.

The thoughts are not important.

They take away the sense of peace.

You continue to observe the breath.

And enjoy the sense of peace that lies deep within.

And as you do,

You start to observe the mind.

The thoughts,

The reactions that come into the mind.

You don't react to them.

Just hear from this place of peace.

You observe that thoughts come and go.

They have no permanence.

They're just like waves.

They come,

They go.

You see how they try to be real,

To take over your mind.

Or as they're just reactions.

They create problems and then try and solve those problems.

But the mind is constant chatter.

It will continue to create problems.

Continue to try and solve them.

But if you can be detached from the mind and just observe it.

You can see that your true nature is stillness.

The problems are only problems when they're created by the mind.

Life is simply a flow.

Events that happen.

But your true nature is in stillness.

You observe the mind,

The problems it creates.

And you see that this is just a drama of the mind.

Life is simply a flow of events.

You detach from the mind.

Just observe it.

Observe its problems.

Its reactions.

See how the mind is full of thought forms that are waves.

They come,

They go.

But your true nature is in silence.

It's in stillness.

The only thing that's real is a stillness deep within.

You keep connecting more and more to this stillness within.

You keep connecting to your original true nature of peace.

You allow the thoughts,

The problems created by the mind,

To drift away.

And you connect to the white light within yourself.

You know yourself to be peace.

You know and recognize more and more that peace is your original true nature.

Thoughts come,

Thoughts go.

But these thoughts are not you.

The mind created problems come and go.

But these problems are not you.

Who you truly are is a point of white light.

A point of stillness that exists deep within.

It simply observes an awareness,

A consciousness that watches.

Watches thoughts coming and going.

Watches feelings that enter the body,

Coming and going.

Watches the problems that the mind creates and then tries to solve.

But you remain connected to the white light within,

To the peace within that just observes.

You are the stillness within.

The mind creates its problems.

But your true nature is a stillness that exists deep inside.

You are just white light.

You observe the thoughts,

The problems,

The feelings.

But you remain connected to the white light deep inside.

The white light that observes,

Doesn't react in any way.

Just watches,

Sees the waves of the mind,

The waves of the feelings.

The tricks of the mind,

The problems it creates.

The way it searches for solutions.

You just observe this.

Observe what the mind does,

Remaining detached.

You connect to the stillness deep inside.

Know yourself to be this white light within.

You just observe,

Watch.

I'm not the thoughts.

I'm not the problems.

I'm not the feelings.

I'm simply peace.

I observe these changing of the mind,

Its patterns,

Its problems.

But I remain detached.

I know that I'm something far deeper.

A white light that just watches.

An awareness that just watches the mind,

Its problems,

Its traumas.

But I remain detached.

I watch the feelings too.

But I stay connected to the white light within.

The peace within my heart.

Where my original true nature lies.

And you feel your heart now becoming lighter and lighter.

You feel a freedom.

And as you look into this light within the heart,

You see your original true nature.

A nature that's detached from the mind,

From the feelings.

A nature that's altruistic.

That watches.

That's full of love,

Full of peace,

Full of joy,

Full of happiness.

A beautiful white light deep within the heart.

That just watches,

Just observes.

But as full of peace,

Full of love,

Full of light,

Full of joy,

Full of bliss.

It simply watches,

Simply observes.

It's connected to the entire universe.

It sees how there's no you,

No me.

Just a oneness.

And that it's only ever the present moment that exists.

Problems created by the mind lie in an imaginary future created by the mind.

It's only ever the now that exists.

The mind attracts from this.

You can watch the mind,

Its habits,

Running away to the future,

Creating problems.

But you know that the truth lies only ever in this present moment.

And this secret is hidden within your heart.

For you to discover every time you look within your heart.

There's only ever the now.

You observe the mind and its dramas,

But you stay contented and connected to the present moment in time.

By observing yourself as the white light deep within the heart.

No you,

No me,

Just connection.

No past,

No future,

Just the present moment.

Herein lies the truth of the universe.

And part of that truth is here within your heart.

The white light that just observes,

Just watches.

This is you,

The white light within,

That observes and keeps stillness forever.

You remain connected to this white light,

Just observing,

Feeling peace within.

You rub both palms together,

You generate warmth in the palms.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,

You bring warmth back into the eyes.

And then you slowly move your hands away,

Slowly opening the eyes.
