Transcript

You start to observe your breathing.

You start to observe each in-breath.

You start to observe each out-breath.

You start to observe the stillness,

The silence that enters into your mind as you focus the mind on the breathing.

You just take the awareness to the tip of the nose,

Observing the breath entering,

Leaving at the nostrils.

Continue to observe the silence that enters the mind.

Continue to feel the breath entering,

Leaving just at the tip of the nose.

Just feel the sensations in the nostrils.

Feel the mind becoming still.

Keep connecting to the stillness.

Feel the ribcage expand,

Contract.

Continue to feel stillness centering into the mind.

Watch the movement of the breath as it enters,

As it leaves the lungs.

Become more and more aware of the stillness that enters the mind as you're observing the breath entering,

Leaving.

Observe the thoughts flowing away.

Realize they're not important.

Realize they don't bring you true happiness,

True stillness.

Realize that you feel peace and stillness through simply observing the breath.

So you keep the awareness at the tip of the nose.

You feel the breath entering,

Leaving,

The thoughts simply flowing away,

The sense of peace that comes from within by observing your breath simply growing.

This feeling of stillness becomes your motivation to continue watching the breath enter,

Leave.

Continue to observe the movement of the ribcage.

Continue to observe the stillness growing in the mind.

And you just watch each in-breath,

Watch each out-breath.

As you breathe in,

The ribcage expands.

As you breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

And the stillness within the mind continues to grow.

You watch each in-breath.

You watch each out-breath.

And then keeping this feeling of stillness deep within,

Continuing to observe the breath.

You just rub both palms together.

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

Slowly move the hands away.

Slowly open the eyes.

Just keep the feeling of stillness from deep within.
