Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and it's time to meditate.
It's time to manifest.
Manifesting your dreams.
So if you're ready,
Take a seat or lie down and close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
You just arrive.
Arrive here to the present moment.
And during this meditation,
All you have to do is listen to the sound of my voice.
That's it.
And if your mind wanders at any point of this meditation,
That's okay.
It's natural.
It's normal.
But just come back to the sound of my voice.
So if your mind wanders,
Just come back to the sound of my voice.
That's it.
Nice and simple.
And there's no right or wrong way to meditate.
No matter what you do,
How you feel,
Or where your mind is at,
You're exactly where you need to be.
So clear away any expectations for this meditation.
Clear away any to-do list for your day.
And maybe imagine a chalkboard.
And on that chalkboard,
You're just wiping it clear.
You're erasing all your expectations and all your to-do lists.
And now bring your attention and awareness to your breathing.
Nothing to do or control with your breath.
Just notice your breathing.
Just notice your breathing.
Be the witness to your breath.
Notice your inhale and your exhale.
Noticing,
Observing your breath.
And now start to notice when the inhale ends and the exhale begins.
Noticing when the inhale ends and the exhale begins.
That space between the breath.
Noticing that space when the inhale ends and the exhale begins.
And now start to count your breathing.
With your mouth closed,
Breathe in through your nose a four count and exhale out your nose a four count.
So breathing in through your nose,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhaling out the nose,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Keep that counting going.
Breathing in four and exhaling four.
Now release the counting and just find a steady and comfortable breath.
A steady,
Natural,
Intuitive breath.
Nice and smooth.
A steady,
Comfortable,
Natural,
Intuitive breath.
And you realize you're starting to relax.
You realize you're here in the present moment,
Listening to the sound of my voice.
And that's all you have to do because the sound of my voice allows you to feel safe.
And the sound of my voice allows you to relax.
So just allow yourself to relax because you deserve to relax.
Yes,
You do.
And your body starts to feel heavier and heavier.
Your muscles soften.
Your jaw starts to relax.
Your shoulders start to relax.
You start to feel a wave of relaxation all throughout your body.
A wave of relaxation starting at the crown of your head,
All the way down to the tips of your toes.
Relaxation all the way up and all the way down.
Each and every breath you take,
You feel that wave of relaxation all the way up and all the way down.
Yes,
Relaxing more and more because your body wants to relax and your body needs to relax.
So just allow your body to do what it naturally does and relaxes as you breathe,
As you listen to the sound of my voice.
And those tiny muscles in your eyelids are so heavy and so relaxed that it's nearly impossible to open those eyes.
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids are so heavy,
So relaxed,
And your whole body feels 10 times more relaxed.
Yes,
It does.
And your thoughts,
Your thoughts are just rolling in and rolling out.
Nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Your thoughts are like waves forming against the shore and crashing against the shore.
Your thoughts just roll in and roll out.
And now those thoughts get smaller and smaller,
Smaller and smaller,
So small now,
So small now,
Until you just can't see your thoughts anymore.
Completely relax in your mind,
Completely relax in your body.
Whole body relaxes now,
Relaxes now,
Whole body relaxes.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can take yourself through your current day today.
And I wonder if you can imagine yourself,
See yourself like you're watching yourself through a window.
And you'll see yourself get ready,
Wake up,
Get ready.
And you'll watch yourself like you're watching yourself through a window,
All the way to the present moment,
All the way to right here,
Right now.
And as you watch yourself through this current day today,
You'll notice how you're feeling.
What are you doing?
And you'll just observe without any judgment,
Watching yourself like you're watching yourself through a window.
Now,
Watch yourself like you're watching yourself through a window.
Go all the way back to when you wake up.
Watch yourself get ready.
Just notice,
Observe,
And watch yourself all the way to the present moment,
Right here,
Right now.
Now come back to the present moment,
All the way back now,
All the way back to your space,
Back to your body,
Back to the sound of my voice,
All the way back now,
Coming all the way back to the present moment.
Yes.
Noticing your skin,
The air on your skin,
The space around you,
And the sound of my voice.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can use that great imagination here.
And I wonder if you can take yourself through a day where anything can happen.
Your wildest desires,
Your dreams,
Anything that you want is here in this perfect day.
And in just a moment,
You'll go and you'll feel and you'll be in this perfect day.
You'll wake up and you'll notice where you are,
Who you're with,
How you feel,
How much money you have,
Or maybe you're traveling in an exotic place or living in a big mansion.
Or with your soulmate,
You'll take yourself through a day where anything can happen.
Your manifestations come true in this perfect day.
And you'll use all your senses,
All your senses as you take yourself through this amazing day where anything can happen.
Now,
Use that great imagination here and take yourself through that day where anything can happen.
And notice where you wake up,
Who you're with,
Where are you,
How do you feel.
Take yourself through this day where anything can happen.
I'll give you some time.
Anything can happen.
Taking yourself through this day where anything can happen.
And now starting to finish up this day.
Finish up this day where anything can happen.
Now come back to the present moment.
Come all the way back,
All the way back to your space,
Back to your room,
Back to your body,
Back to the sound of my voice,
All the way back now,
All the way back to the present moment,
All the way back to your breath.
And in just a moment,
Again,
I wonder if you can use that great imagination here.
And I wonder if you can imagine yourself walking down a path in the forest,
Tall,
Tall trees on each side,
A nice breeze.
And out in the horizon,
You see a meadow,
You see a clearing,
And the sun is starting to set.
And in just a moment,
You'll walk down this path in the forest,
You'll feel the breeze,
A nice warm breeze.
You'll see that clearing that meadow in the distance as the sun is starting to set.
Now,
Imagine yourself walking down this path in the forest,
Tall,
Tall trees,
That nice warm breeze.
You see what you see,
You hear what you hear,
You smell what you smell.
Walking down this path,
You start to get closer and closer to this meadow,
To this clearing.
And now you're there.
You're there in this meadow.
The sun is starting to set.
And out in the horizon,
You see a silhouette of a person walking towards you.
And you feel nothing but unconditional love for the silhouette of a person walking towards you.
And you're getting closer and closer,
Closer and closer,
Feeling so much love.
And you realize the silhouette of a person is you.
It's your future self.
It's your higher self.
Give yourself,
Your higher self,
Your future self,
The biggest hug.
So much unconditional love.
Yes.
And now ask your future self,
How did I get here?
How did I get here?
And now ask your future self any other questions.
And now thank your future self for all this wisdom.
But it's time to come back.
But this isn't a goodbye.
Because this is your future self.
And this is you.
And you can always come back to this place.
You can always walk down the path in the forest to this meadow,
To meet your future self,
To meet your higher self.
It's always available to you whenever you need wisdom.
So give your future self another great big hug.
Because it's time to come back.
And now come back.
Start to walk down that path in the forest.
All the way back now.
All the way back to the present moment.
Back to the here,
Back to the now.
And back to the sound of my voice.
All the way back.
You feel this wisdom in your heart.
This serenity,
This peace.
Knowing you know exactly what to do to manifest the life of your dreams.
So take this energy with you.
And after you come out of this meditation,
Take action towards your dream.
Take one action today that'll get you towards your dream.
