Invite your mind to meet your body here in the present moment.

Inhale and exhale.
Relax on the body arriving to your space.
And clearing away all your to do lists and all your expectations and all your worries.
Be grateful for your breath and be grateful for your body.
Be grateful for all the friends and all the family in your life.
All the small things,
All the big things.
Be grateful.
And feel the body relax,
Feel the mind arrive to the present moment.
And take some time to be here.
Take some time to connect with you.
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
