Welcome to this guided meditation,

This 2 minute and 22 second meditation just for you to check in with yourself to be present.

Find a place where you can remain still and close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Invite your mind to meet your body here in the present moment.

Nice and smooth,

Inhale and exhale.

Relax on the body arriving to your space.

And clearing away all your to do lists and all your expectations and all your worries.

Be grateful for your breath and be grateful for your body.

Be grateful for all the friends and all the family in your life.

All the small things,

All the big things.

Be grateful.

And feel the body relax,

Feel the mind arrive to the present moment.

And take some time to be here.

Take some time to connect with you.

Take a nice deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Open the mouth,

Sigh it out.

Taking this gratitude,

Taking this stillness with you throughout your day.
