Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space.
A place where you can relax.
A place where you can keep your body still.
You can sit down on a chair.
Meditation cushion with your legs crossed.
Or you can lie down.
But find a place where you can stay still.
But don't overthink it.
Whenever you find your place,
You find your spot.
Softly,
Gently,
Close your eyes.
And allow yourself to arrive.
You are here because your mind is wandering.
You are here because you need to relax.
And because you already started this meditation.
You are listening to my voice.
You are listening to my voice.
You are listening to my voice.
You are listening to my voice.
You are listening to my voice.
Your mind is already starting to relax.
It's already starting to settle.
Without you having to think about it.
So just allow yourself to arrive.
Allow yourself to breathe.
And it's your natural breath.
Nothing to do or control with your breath.
Breathe in and out through the nose.
Breathe in and out through the nose.
Or in and out through the mouth.
Each and every breath you take,
You start to settle.
You start to arrive to the present moment.
Right here.
Right now.
Because you are safe.
Right here.
Right now.
You are breathing.
And you have this amazing body.
Now let's start to relax this amazing body of ours.
By a simple breathing technique.
And I'll lead you through it.
I'll guide you through it.
So whenever you are ready,
Exhale all the air out of your body.
Out through the mouth.
Maybe make a ha sound.
Haaaaaaa.
Now close the mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Hold the breath.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Exhale out the mouth.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
And we are going to take a deep breath.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Close the mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Hold the breath.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Exhale out through the mouth.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Close the mouth.
Inhale.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Hold.
One.
Two.

Exhale out through the mouth.
One.

Keep that breath going on your own.
Keep that breath going on your own.
Keep that breath going on your own.
And whenever you are ready,
You can release that breath and come back to natural breath.
Keeping the mouth closed and breathing in and out through the nose.
Finding a steady,
Comfortable breath.
And noticing your body relaxed.
But let's relax the body even more.
So take a scan of your body.
Imagine your body.
Visualize your body.
And any of the tension you feel in your body,
Send your breath to that tension.
And as you send your breath to that tension,
The tension starts to dissolve.
It starts to fade away into space.
And you soon realize you're so relaxed,
Your breath is so steady,
And you're exactly where you need to be.
Now I want you to bring your attention,
Your awareness,
To your thoughts,
To your mind.
And just allow all those thoughts to just be.
Watch them.
Just like they're on a movie screen.
And you're sitting in a movie theater.
And you're watching your thoughts on the screen.
And there's nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
You just watch.
You be the observer.
And you watch the thoughts on this movie screen.
Roll in and roll out.
Now I want you to imagine you have a remote control to turn this screen,
To turn these thoughts off.
Now take that remote and turn the picture off.
You see a black screen.
And your mind starts to relax.
Your mind is settled.
And you turn the volume all the way down,
Deeper and deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
There you go.
So relaxed.
So easy.
So natural.
And so automatic.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
So relaxing.
Say in the affirmation,
The mantra,
Silently to yourself,
Saying,
I'm exactly where I need to be.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
Say that silently to yourself,
I'll give you some time.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And allow that affirmation to sink deep into your heart space.
Just knowing there's no accidents.
Everything's feedback.
Everything's a lesson.
I'm exactly where I need to be.
And you can remain here as long as you like.
You can stay in this meditation as long as you like.
If you'd like to come out of the meditation,
You can start to wiggle the fingers or wiggle the toes.
Taking some movements.
If you're lying down,
Make your way to an easy seat.
Bring the hands to heart center.
Let's take two deep breaths to finish this meditation.
So again,
Exhale all the air out of your body,
Out through your mouth.
Make a ha sound.
Ha.
Close the mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
And exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Let it all go.
Ha.
One more time.
Close the mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Let it go.
Ha.
Yes.
Great job.
