Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable space sitting down either on a chair or legs crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin parallel to the mat.
Just allow your natural breath here.
Allow yourself to settle.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Take an inhale deeply through the nose.
Open the mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
We're keeping the mouth closed,
Breathing in and out through the nose.
And finding a comfortable breath,
Finding a smooth breath.
Just allow the body to relax,
Allow the body to settle.
Allowing the mind to relax.
Noticing where the body is touching the mat,
Just feeling that grounding energy into the body.
Allowing the shoulders to relax.
Sometimes we feel like we're holding the weight of the world on our shoulders.
Let's just relax it.
And allow the jaw to relax.
And anywhere else in the body,
Feeling tension,
Just relax it.
Send in relaxation to that area.
The whole body relaxes now.
Just allow the thoughts to be,
Allow the thoughts to flow.
Nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Just allow them to ebb and flow.
Like a wave forming against the shore.
And then a wave crashing against the shore.
Allowing the thoughts to roll in and roll out like a wave.
Starting to say a mantra.
On the inhale,
Saying to yourself,
I am.
And on the exhale,
Still.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Still.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Still.
Exhale,
Still.
Keep saying that mantra to yourself on the inhales and exhales.
Keep it going.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Still.
Feel this wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Feel this stillness,
Feel this calmness,
Feel this tranquility.
And embracing this relaxation for the rest of your day.
Take an inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
Hope you have an amazing day.
Gratitude,
Gratitude,
Gratitude.
Namaste.
