I invite you to make yourself comfortable and take three deep breaths in and out,
Allowing yourself to relax into your breath and just focusing on the incoming and the outgoing breath.
As you become comfortable in this moment,
I invite you to focus on manifesting your reality by thinking of three clear intentions you would like to manifest into reality,
Into your life right now,
And be as clear and concise with your intentions.
Whenever you find that your mind has wandered,
Please return to focusing on the intentions you set for manifesting your reality into the present moment.
Visualize a pure white light emanating from between your eyebrows,
Expanding into your room,
Bathing the room with its pure essence.
Recall the three intentions you set at the start and let them merge into this rich color that surrounds you and surrounds your entire body.
Let the intentions deeply embed themselves into your conscious mind and feel into the idea of your Sankalpa manifesting into reality,
Exploring the future in your present,
In this moment,
Visualizing your intentions becoming a reality,
Becoming the present moment,
Not out there in the here and now.
As you have fully immersed yourself in the manifestation of your reality,
Allow that pure white light to slowly return to the crown of your head,
Returning to the wisdom of the universe,
And know that you have the power to manifest whenever you want.
As this light proceeds,
I invite you to bring your awareness back to your breath,
Smiling into the reality and warmth of abundance you have just manifested,
Grateful for the time you have given to yourself to be in this moment.
Before you arise from this moment,
I invite you to feel into your intentions one last time.
Allow the warmth in your heart,
The warmth of knowing that you are creating a life of joy and contentment in this present moment to permeate your entire being.
