Trained as a SOMA Breath facilitator, Matthew has been guiding transformative breathwork experiences since 2019. After a back injury at age 18 led him on a long search for sustainable healing, he discovered breathwork and its profound ability to support the body’s natural intelligence. This experience became the foundation of his work. Matthew has offered his work at countless classes, workshops, festivals and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest, creating spaces for deep healing, regulation, and connection.
