Welcome in.

Today we will start in a coherence breath,

Breathing in a 4-4 rhythm in the nose and out the mouth.

With each round we will gradually increase the rhythm of the breath.

So find yourself a comfortable position either seated or lying down on your back.

Bringing your awareness inwards and getting ready to breathe.

Three,

Two,

One,

In,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

In,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

In,

Smooth on the inhales.

Relaxed on the exhales.

And now double speed.

Doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Pause here.

Feel the connection between your body and the earth beneath it.

Notice how you're so supported in each passing moment.

Getting ready to breathe in.

In,

Three.

And let's get ready to breathe again.

Three,

Two,

One.

In,

Two,

Three,

Four.

We'll only be in this rhythm for a few more breaths.

And now double speed.

Inviting you to begin to move your body to the wave-like motion of the breath.

Opening your chest and your heart with each inhale.

Slightly rounding the spine with each exhale.

Pumping energy through and up the spine.

Doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Pause here.

Feel the presence of the natural world all around you.

And find your center here.

Getting ready to breathe in.

Take a moment.

And let's get ready to breathe again.

Finding that undulation in your spine once again.

Doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

Feel so centered,

So present,

Letting go of any focus or control of the breath.

Giving some space for everything to settle.
