Welcome in,

This session will help you tap into a sense of renewal and clarity.

This will be a time to go inwards and invite in some self-reflection and introspection.

We'll be breathing in the nose and out the mouth in the connected pattern,

Starting off with a 4-4 rhythm.

Take a few moments here to settle into your space,

Closing down your eyes if that feels good for you.

Just taking a few natural breaths,

Helping the body relax and release into the comfort of your support.

Continuing to focus your awareness inwards as we get ready to breathe in a rhythm together.

Let's get started in 3,

In 2,

3,

4,

Out.

As the breath weaves its way in and out of your body,

You begin to connect with the internal silence,

A space of peace and solitude that replenishes you from the inside out.

Now let's double speed.

The breath serves as a reminder that periods of dormancy and darkness outbirth new beginnings.

Pausing at the bottom of your exhale,

Allowing a sense of renewal.

The inner silence becomes a place of refuge from the noise of the external world.

Now take that deep breath in,

And a gentle sigh of relief.

Getting ready for round 2.

2,

1,

In.

As the breath moves through you,

Feel yourself softening,

Clearing,

Renewing.

Each inhale invites in more and more clarity.

Each exhale brings you deeper inwards.

Now let's pick up the pace one more time.

Here we go.

Hold as you reach the bottom.

Allowing it all to slow down.

Finding rest here.

Now take that deep breath in,

And a gentle sigh of relief.

The introspection,

A self-reflection,

Plants seeds of transformation.

Now let's double speed.

Picking up the pace one last time.

Here we go.

And release.

Pausing at the bottom of your exhale.

Here is where the mind can replenish,

And the body can rejuvenate.

There's a space of quiet within you.

Connect with it.

Now take that deep breath in.

Hold.

Sign it out one more time.

Return to your natural breath.

And come back to the inner silence.

Taking some time to sit with it,

And the nourishment that it provides.

That you are feeling refreshed and renewed.

Thank you for being here today,

And until next time,

Breathe well.
