Welcome in.

Today we have four rounds breathing in the nose and out the mouth in a connected pattern.

Each round will consist of two breath holds.

A shorter in-breath hold in the middle of the round and a longer out-breath hold at the end of the round.

This practice will be on the energizing and up-regulating side of things.

Make yourself comfortable.

Getting ready to breathe and we'll begin in three,

Two,

One.

Aim gets larger and larger as you continue to breathe here.

Beautiful warmth spreads evenly throughout your body.

Releasing your breath and flowing right back into it.

A gentle release.

Hold as you reach the bottom.

That flame continues to flicker even in the stillness.

Almost there.

Now take a full breath in.

And release.

Releasing your breath and flowing right back into it.

Doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

A gentle release.

Hold as you reach the bottom.

Smiling at the inner warmth as it smiles back at you.

Almost there.

Now take a full breath in.

And release.

Take a breath and get ready for round three.

Releasing your breath and flowing right back into it.

Doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

A gentle release.

Hold as you reach the bottom.

The warmth fills you with unconditional love and nourishment.

Deep breath all the way in.

Hold it.

You've made it this far and now it's time for the final round.

Round three.

Releasing your breath and flowing right back into it.

Doubling it up one last time.

Here we go.

A gentle release.

Holding for your final out-breath hold.

Now take a full breath in.

Hold it.

Letting go one last time.

Returning to a relaxed gentle natural breath.

Taking a little more space here to sit with the warmth of your inner flame.
