Welcome in.

Today we're gonna focus on coherence breathing,

Helping to align the brain with the heart,

The mind with the body.

We'll be breathing in the nose for a count of four and out the mouth for a count of four.

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Closing down your eyes if that feels good for you.

Now let's get ready to bring coherence to the body and the mind in three,

Two,

One,

In two,

Three,

Four,

Out.

Beginning to invite each breath from the base of your spine to your heart space and then back down to the base of your spine.

Breathing up into the heart,

Releasing back down to the root,

Up,

Continuing to follow this channel with your mind and breath,

Bringing in more coherence as you do so.

Now take a deep breath in and release right into an out-breath hold,

Bringing your awareness back to your heart space,

Inviting that energy to expand even as you hold your breath.

Now take a full breath in,

Let it go.

Getting ready for round two.

Three,

Two,

One,

In two,

Three,

Four,

Out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now let's bring that pathway upwards,

Breathing from your heart up to the center of your brain,

Releasing back down to your heart with each exhale.

Breathing up.

Now take a deep breath in and release right into an out-breath hold,

Placing your awareness back onto the heart space,

Feeling this energy.

Now take a full breath in,

Hold as you place your awareness at the center of your brain.

Let it go.

Final round.

Getting ready.

Three,

Two,

One,

In two,

Three,

Four,

Out.

Now let's start to bring this all together,

Breathing up from the base of your spine to the center of your brain,

Releasing back down to the base of your spine.

Breathing up,

Releasing back down.

Energy flows through the heart space with each breath,

Deepening this mind-body connection,

Cultivating right into an out-breath hold,

Bringing your awareness back to the heart one last time here.

Now take a full breath in,

Hold,

Focusing back on to the center of the brain.

Letting go as you send your energy back down to the base of your spine,

Allowing your energy to ground here.

Take some time to breathe naturally and feel the effects of this practice.
